Hello Soupers yep you got it, this is the theme of my new contest.

My poem One to One is constructed completely of one syllable words and that is what I
would like from yourselves.

You can choose any of the long forms, not a series of short poems..

I will be looking for some outstanding writes as this time I am only going to award ten
place with no HM's and no duplicate placings.

Be careful with your choice of words as the syll. counter on soup does not always give the correct count, in my poem I have used the word 'bars' which is one syll, but if you put it into the counter it is two, I will not be using a counter so if it is not one syll. to me then it will not count.

well I've written two, a sonnet and a couplet, just have to decide which to enter. It was quite the challenge

soup's counter is saying bars has two syllables. GOOD GRIEF.

I found using the dictionary gave a more accurate count of syllables. Adding an S is not adding a syllable !!

I have 6 lines ( trying to do a sonnet) , its a lot harder than you would think
