Bloggers PhotoMy poetry comes from a deep love of the natural environment and a commitment to all life is equal. I live surrounded by forests of the upper Blue Mountains in Australia. I share my home with my partner of 39 years. I also share my home with an aged dog, Bella, the possums which bounce across my roof at night and the wild birds that call for seed at my back door. I react strongly to injustice and champion the abused. Poetry is my passion, I have six collections published with Ginninderra Press: Threading Raindrops, The Eucalypt Distillery, on my homeland A Larrikin in the Blood, a convict verse novel These Weighted Months, on our Covid life The Symbiotic Web, on climate change Aquamarine, on my love of water. My poetry has appeared in various anthologies, at home and internationally. I hope you enjoy my work.
