Today Again

Today Again It does not improve the void where hope once lived now genocide has set her tent among the childrens’ toys toy trucks and broken dolls blood smeared the silence smocked in mothers’ tears a father’s curse breaks with the sun an ambulance careens through dust and concrete humps this life with death as his bride.
