Of what use again is my tear to you?
I plead, I cry, I try to soothe with care,
Yet you ignore me, and call me a fraud.
I know I betrayed your wholehearted love—
But if to err is human, then to forgive is human too.

the hum of Om
a homing call
that who we are
we here now recall
let us recognise
we are inept
yet by grace
we are by bliss blest
animating silence
with pure intent
we grant love and light
our wholehearted consent

Revisit....
cherished moments,
to blur.....
angst's poisonous
stinging torments.
For just one life,
we have to live.
Those blessed
bliss with less,
while wholehearted give.

I should have when I could have but did not,
In retrospect I missed a chance or two.
I see it now! If only then I knew -
I would have given life a better shot!
But who has time to waste on reminisce?
Past's desiccated dust settled by Now,
Long overdue wholehearted weary vow -
Time in and of itself one should not miss.

In our talks, a warmth so sweet,
Your kindness, a melody complete.
Understanding everything, a conversation so free,
You don't know what you mean to me.
Laughter shared, a joyous sound,
Through sorrows, comfort’s found.
Hugs in sadness, like a comforting sea,
You don't know what you mean to me.
In absence, a longing to converse,
Words exchanged, a wholehearted verse.
Even in silence, your presence is the key,
You don't know what you mean to me.
My love is unbounded, without constrains,
A worry whispers, fearing love’s complaints.
Don’t ever forget me, a genuine plea,
Because you really don’t know what you mean to me.

Blushing smiles erase shadowed pasts
Filling hearts with music that lasts
Someday, somewhere, breathless prayers
Comfort hearts and souls He prepares ~
Rousing heaven’s enthusiasts
Dewlike tears, gentle love forecasts
Recalling when we were outcasts
Kindness trembles, she clearly cares
Blushing smiles…
Shyly whispers love that outlasts
Breathless moments, wholehearted blasts
Some have known angels, unawares
Wonderous love that heaven shares
Blue skies, sighs of faith never fasts ~
Blushing smiles….

I told you I love you, but never how much,
I said sorry, but never how deep,
And also thank you, but perhaps not how sincere.
You knew you were thought of, but not how often,
You knew you were needed, but not how you were wanted.
Always funny, but never told how much,
Of course, I never told you how much I loved being your son,
I told you to fight but not how dearly I wished you to stay,
Nor how comforting it would be to hug you again.
All of these words are reservedly for you,
Fragments of my heart, Fy nghalon wedi torri,
Never have any words been more true
How is from me with wholehearted love to you.
God bless you Mam

Hippy, could I say? Or rogue, rascal or roughneck?
Who, his and lives of others, does knowingly wreck;
These are 'born with a silver spoon in the mouth', sure,
In their mind and heart, yet, are these noble and pure...?
Though looked respectable, in verity, spoiled brats,
They hide from honesty like rats from frenzied cats;
Magnificent meals they majestically host,
As though accomplishing austere missions they boast...!
Wreckage, sabotage, torment, torture, loot and kill,
Watching others dying inch by inch - is their thrill;
Fighting against the good, is like playing football,
Their hearts never melt seeing severest death toll...!
As any association that gets started,
With principles noble and goodness wholehearted;
Bullingdon Boys too had objectives virtuous,
Living of which gradually grew arduous...!

Sometimes for no apparent rhyme or reason
A sort of sinking feeling dampens the mind and heart
Not exactly, but somewhat similar to a nervous breakdown
Everything appears twisted, strangulated, and distorted
Extra show of kindness sometimes turns painful and killing
Sadness soon turns into the hysterical sobs
Turning the victim into a grief-stricken wretch
The face is an index to mind, the principle same for pure and sinner
Oh, in what words shall I describe the comfort
I receive on resting my head on her shoulder
No one else but we shall be hard on ourselves
Future will unmistakably depend on how we amend ourselves
Wholehearted dedication and certainly
Not the astrological predictions will shape the future
The taste of the pudding is in eating
Certainly not in the smell of the sweeteners

Christmas spirit reigns---
lingers with “good tidings of great joy,
which shall be to all people"*
radiates compassion
from God, source of love
granting gift of eternal life
received through faith
assures blissful serenity
sealed by blessed hope...
surpassing "Merry Christmas" greetings.
Prevailing Christmas message
keeps on reverberating jubilantly
midst divine triumphant hymns
as nativity-scene vividly flashes:
manger birth of the Saviour Emmanuel**
along earth parents, Mary and Joseph
angels’ carols vibrantly exclaiming
“Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, good will toward men…”***
delighting everyone for promised redemption.
Christmas spirit behooves our hearts
toward thanksgiving praise to the Almighty
for heavenly enrichment
offered through His Son, Jesus Christ
Who left His majestic throne above
reaching down to mankind
offering His very own life…
Such exemplifies wholehearted giving and sharing
we can practice even beyond Christmas season.

“Oh that ship has sailed..”
Shaking his head, following her voice as it trailed
He smiles to himself, ’give it time’, he knew, rays of Joy crack through disdain
It was love at first sight, the surround greyed and paled
Spotting this electric eccentric, dancing in the rain
“Oh that ship has sailed..”
As time flowed by, he knew how they’d not failed
He is her best friend through all; hysterical laughter to anguish and pain
He smiles to himself, ‘give it time’, he knew, rays of Joy crack through disdain
She loves him wholehearted, though never been veiled
On the news of their daughter, he’d tried proposing, in vain
“Oh that ship has sailed..”
Now soo much older, their matured rich love haled
She is both bubbly and light, and a grumpy old pain
He smiles to himself, “give it time’, hew knew, rays of Joy crack through disdain
She turns to face him, happy laughter regaled
He takes her hand, “So about that sword cane…”
“Oh that ship has sailed..”
He smiles to himself, ‘give it time’, he knew, rays of Joy crack through disdain

If you don’t want to hurt me with ‘A No’
Then ahead with High-Pitched ‘Yes’;
You’re sure our comradeship won’t grow
And this you can with discernment guess
Then, let your ‘Yes’ powerfully ring out
Proving itself a maniacal shout;
Let the message be megaphone – fit
In a deafening voice proclaiming it
Your wholehearted ‘Yes’ not A No
That a rapport makes like river flow …
Save you think it would you degrade
And one or two things fade
You go ahead and The Thing bless
With ‘A Yes’ and nothing less.

Gershon Wolf is a super kind of fellow
In his poems, sometimes you hear him bellow
He is a conservative Jew,
On Poetry Soup very few
No one would dare call Gershon Wolf yellow!
Gershon is a stand-up and be counted guy
What he believes he would write high in the sky
Never one to fumble
Though sometimes he grumbles
Gershon Wolf -- a solid kind you cannot buy!
I am proud to call Gershon Wolf my friend
I know he will stand with me 'til the end
We seldom see eye to eye,
No matter how hard we try
My wholehearted admiration I send.

Excerpt from the compilation: “Prayer” – 5:
Compassion, Empathy
I wish for us to take time and Compassion
For the underprivileged, sick and dying.
And that we may breathe into our hearts
And practice wholehearted and unconditional
Empathy.
And not to just walk by and coolly look away,
But to stop and maybe under the dirty rags
We can find a human being
And story that we connect with,
That moves us in some small or big way.
And maybe we get inspired
To try something new,
Even if only:
To stop poisoning our days
with repetitive dramas,
And small minded conflicts.
And maybe, we are reminded
Of our own fragile mortality
And: instead of choosing to see life
Full of problems that irritate and shrink us.
We can start to feel grateful for the challenges
That expand and cause us to grow
In ways that we could never ever imagine.
