Gershon Wolf

Gershon Wolf is a super kind of fellow
In his poems, sometimes you hear him bellow
He is a conservative Jew,
On Poetry Soup very few
No one would dare call Gershon Wolf yellow!

Gershon is a stand-up and be counted guy
What he believes he would write high in the sky
Never one to fumble
Though sometimes he grumbles
Gershon Wolf -- a solid kind you cannot buy!

I am proud to call Gershon Wolf my friend
I know he will stand with me 'til the end
We seldom see eye to eye,
No matter how hard we try
My wholehearted admiration I send.
