Smile

Guts twisting in knots
when it's your wedding day
not the day to cry
but it's his day too
Bride wear a smile for him

This is the day two hearts shall become one

with love and honour

I give you my heart, my soul, and my dreams

This is the day two hearts shall become one

now and forever more

The Wedding Day

The date was set and the church booked up
Invitations sent out, colors picked, and a hall for the sup.

The bridesmaids and groomsmen had all been chosen
For the date for us on the calendar was now frozen.

The Maid of Honor could only one person be
The Best Man knew this day would be crazy.

For all of the planning, the work, and the tension
Would culminate in this day of anticipation.

The minister counseled us and helped us to plan
But the burden was on us, for this day to span.

We wanted everyone to be as happy with us today
That's why we took so long to plan it this way.

The floweres trimmed the aisle along the carpet white
While all our family and friends dressed festively tonight.

The music started to play as the couples walked the aisle
I was reminded not to cry, instead to give a big smile.

It was my turn to walk the walk now
"Don't slip, don't trip, don't cause a row.

It's the day of the wedding and there is my peer
One question remains, "What am I doing here?"

A Marriage Vow

On this day I swear to cherish
the day that we first met and
In this marriage I will be the
most faithful wife you will ever see
As I walk down the isle wearing this gown
everyone will see all around
will know that I love you
so dear and true
because of these words I say to you
and Through our lives I do swear
to be forgiving and always care
So please in return say to me
that you will love me for eternity.

Forever Until

The day has finally come
that was long awaited
Time for Linda-Marie and Ron
to join their lives as one
A beautiful day of celebration
ushering in the union of
two people with so much love
transcending all the ages
A special time to give thanks
for what will be given
As you share your life together
united as a couple
Forever until……..

"a Bride To Be"

The day is comming to be a new bride.
Family and friends are all on my side.
I'm getting married far across the sea.
In a town some where in Italy.
Something old and something new
Something borrowed something blue.
Our love I will keep forever in my heart
Forever and always we'll never be apart.
My wedding day is comming soon.
After that it's the honeymoon.
A life together for him and me.
A love that will grow for eternity.

This was wrote for a very sweet friend thats
soon to be a lovely bride Linda Marie.

Eternity

This love grows with every word we say
Just to think our weddding is coming some day
We cherrish every moment together
You make my day feel better
Words can't explain the emotions I feel when I'm with you
When that day comes I hope you say "I Do."

New Year

January a month of chills
But for us a month of thrills

You and I will start our life
As a husband and a wife

We will start the New Year
With family and friends and good cheer

We say our vows and when it’s done
From this day forward we are one

Pictures, cake, a garter toss
A tribute to our recent loss

Food and drink for everyone
Music, dancing, oh what fun

The bouquet flies, the girls will run
Who will be the lucky one

Soak it up, take it in
Before we know it, the day will end

That’s alright if our day goes fast
We have our love, which will always last
