In your hands, lies twenty-four hours to live.
You can cry in your beer…. or smile and give.!

Do you have two legs to walk down the street?
Buy a fresh apple, give it to a homeless one to eat.

If someone walked out of your life, no sweat.
I say find another, with very sweet breath.

All of us have lost those we loved deeply, forever!
But you are the master of your life, yes you, a joy giver!

Please do not ask, what life will do for me!
Ask instead, what will i I do, sming, for thee!

Lust and greed overwhelm our desires,
We struggle in life, desires unfulfilled,
Yet, the heart is searching for peace and serenity,
Only consciousness will deliver it one day.

Consciousness evokes the world around us,
Selfless service and help to the needy inspire us,
Donate with kindness, uplift the broken hearts, mission it takes,
Love and respect for everyone are the goals kept in mind.

With each breath, I feel life flow,
Awake to all that fades and grows.
The world hums low, a whispered sound,
As earth and spirit spin unbound.

No rush for future, past release,
Just here—this pulse, this quiet peace.
Each moment fresh, a seed to sow,
In light of love, I watch it grow.

Premium MemberThe Last Resort

I am…

The last resort for all your problems
Come to me even when all doors have closed
I shall be waiting to give you succour
Because you’ll be needing it the most

I am the force that lifts you
Give you confidence that you need
To mingle again after a heart-break
Unmindful of mine, your ego I shall feed

You only come to me when your heart’s broken
Never of your own free will, to be with me
I do my best to mend your broken heart
As I’ve learned to be patient to a great degree

Your affection towards me is for a reason
Love, I know is not what brings you here
You pray hard I’m not aware of your designs
But I’ve known all along that which you fear

You never did know why I pursued you
Even when I know you are still playing with me
It’s because in love you’ve learned to take
And in love, I’ve learned to give you my soul with glee

What could be more unselfish
than to give a part of your body
to a complete stranger?
Knowing that your gift will save their life
Not caring that your own life is at risk.
just to help this stranger.
To know that your unself act
will allow them to live
to maybe have their own family
to be for ever be one with them
We need more people like this.
The world becomes a better place.
Most would not even entertain
doing something like this
I can not revel a more unselfish
Than to give a stranger part
of yourself as living gift.

Premium MemberOne Unselfish Act

When the time has come,
for my spirit to fly free.
I humbly ask for just one,
unselfish act from me.

My presence will not be missed.
No one will remember my name.
A person, sadly dismissed.
Found lacking, in life's game.

I hope that once, in my past,
I gave but did not receive.
Expectations surpassed,
new ability to achieve.

A word, phrase, or comment I made,
found a soul, silenced by pain.
Bringing comfort, lending aid,
to give freely for another to gain.

Perhaps, I will then find the peace,
That's been denied me for so long.
Inner turmoil will finally cease.
With burden lifted, I can move on.

Line of inquiry - Ego shorn, here now reborn.

Unselfish Heart

The glow of the unselfish heart
Decorates emptiness with candles
While scattered relics of garden purity
Re-light votives in Babylon
In the gleam of selfless candelas
Nascent tapers breathe new oxygen
In the eternal fire of the Samaritan heart
Lanterns revive requiems for still born joy
As sunrise glimmers of the merciful spirit
Leave tealights in newborn cradles
When icy enigmatic self-adorations
Flee before incandescent revelations of humility
The glow of the unselfish heart
Decorates new naked selves with candles
Swaddled in the first shy blush
Of tingling flambeaus for new butterflies.

Written: by Miracle Man

Today I planted an Oak tree,
knowing I’d never sit in its shade,
But I believe that someday, a bird will build a nest,
a squirrel will subsist from it’s acorns,
and some other might find solace in its presence.

Unselfish Love

Looking out my window
   nothing much to see.
A little bird flying by
    stopped to look at me.

He was not scared, nor did he fly,
as I opened up the glass,
He watched me closely as he sat
    upon the fresh mowed grass.

I stood awhile, then ventured forth
   hoping he would stay.
But reaching him I realized,
    I wished he'd fly away.

I am not mean, nor am I cruel,
    it's simply sad but true.
That most would shoot, mame or hurt,
to protect him there are few.

So, instantly I shouted loud
    and flapped my arms enraged.
It hurt me less to scare him now,
then to see him stuffed or caged.

Unselfish Prayer

When you're tired pray for the weary
For their strength to carry on
If you're lost and your path's uncertain
Pray the lonely will find their way home

If you love this world more than God
Then pray for the addict who's bound
And when you feel that God's far away
Pray for the lost to be found

When suppertime comes before you pray
Remember the hungry need fed
And when you're tired remember those
With no place to lay their head

God loves a cheerful giver
So don't forget to care
Always think of others
With this unselfish prayer

Pray that God will draw souls near

For God loves a cheerful giver
So don't ever forget to care

Unselfish Tribute

Bless you for all you've given.
That a soul without a twist.
Yet you're scorned by the living.

Shunning are they, so numbing
To dwell in their assess.
Bless you for all you've given.

Beautiful are you, beyond the skin
With soul and vigor, unselfish.
Yet you're scorned by the living.

Your perils do not strengthen
With other's images, other's weakness.
Bless you for all you've given.

And with your heart comes kind thinking.
Alone are you not, others do exist.
Yet you're scorned by the living.

Grateful am i for your breathing
And in my life you do consist.
Bless you for all you've given.
Yet you're scorned by the living.

Unselfish

You can have it all, if it was my last dime.
It don't matter if you're rich or poor.
My love will remain, "Theres not a men
how can turn my smile into a pot of
gold, But you"
they can try but won't get to far.
This spark between you and i will last a lifetime
what mines is yours and that is my unselfishness
