GOOD MAN
Good
man, should
not be rude,
but gentle, calm
by heart, strong and firm
not doing any harm
to others, acts as friend in need,
truthful, honest, dutiful in deed,
loving loyal husband indeed.
Good man obeys moral values of life,
proceeds with moral courage in each strife.
Cary affectionate by nature,
Love for each and all to nurture,
Zeal for every good venture.
Diligent accomplished
Mild, not cowardice
though unselfish.
Worth to trust.
Pure heart,
Must.

Christmas Spirit
Let us hail the Christmas Spirit*
That love for all men does cherish
That care for needy does relish
And peace for the world does nourish;
Let the breeze of Christmas spirit
Blow throughout this divine season
Melt the heart of all man with peace
For them love and care to adorn;
Let`s be the Lord`s divine agents
To endear the Christmas spirit,
The divine Grace to implement,
His compassion to accomplish;
Let`s be agents of compassion
To extend to those in dire needs,
In Spirit of Christmas season,
Care and a helping hand, indeed;
With a wave of Christmas spirit
Let`s spread His words of Unity
In line with the Lord`s divine wish,
And chime words of fraternity;
Let showers of Christmas spirit
Usher peace for the world and man
Without boyish beams of blemish
At sea, in space and on the land;
Let the sun of Christmas spirit
Glow in a graceful gentle way
Without cease and without remit
On Christmas day and everyday.
*2.3.4 The Holy Son`s letter to Philippians:
"We`re to exhibit unity and unselfish love for one another in our daily life"
Touch of the Spirit
Touched by this unseen breath
That hovered over a shapeless abyss
My understanding
Stretches - reaching for
This tantalizing scent of divinity
And a fluttering touch
This dove of prophetic mystery.
Cravings carved from aspirations
Foreshadow an anointed reverie
When musings beget beatitudes
Like a sigh rustling leaves
Restless perfection ascends
On amazing wings
From a fire that never burns
To trace a silhouette
Of elusive answers
Coming into focus
For my near-sighted eyes
On shafts of newborn light.
The unselfish redeeming heart
Descends in loving nudges
Of hallowed serendipity
Planting seeds of whimsy
Possibility
From contemplation
Freed from judgements
And twirling paths of tarnished opinions
Intentional inspiration
Flows from fleshless wind and fire
Like an irresistible sneeze
To foreshadow resolutions
Glimmering through far off mists
Where notes wait for me
Words clamor to speak rhymes
Colors step forward from shadows
Begging for artistry
Laboring for birth.
Touched by this breathless sigh of longing
Only visible
In the alluring aromas of the divine
My timeworn steps of a threadbare dance
Fall away
Pulled into perfect synchronization
By an ever gracious goodness
Reason fades into faith
Uniting me with love
Beloved teacher, divine star.

Exuberant Light
Selfless rays spring from tonal anagrams
Crystal daybreaks that never know twilight
Released from the pure rhapsody “I Am”
Innocent of intention, free of night,
Nascent from infinity’s essence – light -
Unselfish benediction leaping up
Vitality born in perfection’s cup
Pure spirit, benevolent chivalry,
Enduring present animas closeup,
Crucible, animation’s ministry.
Breathless, lives without infected judgement,
Simply chanted bliss in the present tense
Torrents of chaste delight’s descant descent
Dainty clarity, effervescent zest,
Seeks no return – collects no interest -
Unselfish bounty - Eternal always –
Cascading lambent merriment of praise
No need of sun or moon nativity
Incorruptible abundance ablaze
Light sings everlasting festivity.

My borders are made of lilies.
They are a pleasant reminder where caution begins and conflicts end.
To those who know me, my borders are made with forgiveness, a kind and patient floral display.
To those who try me, they are battle trenches that are now forgotten and unmarked graves.
I have many flowers to give.
They are a welcomed display of love and an unselfish act of charity.
To my friends who know me, my flowers symbolize loyalty, patience, and kindness.
To my enemies who try me with lies, selfishness, manipulation, betrayal, malice or slander
will come to know my borders and why I bring them
lilies.
That ‘Altruism’—
It’s so hard to live up to;
No recognition!\
Altruism: Unselfish regard for or devotion to the welfare of others; feelings and behavior that show a desire to help other people and a lack of selfishness.
Matthew Chap 6 verses 1-6 (King James Version)
1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret Himself shall reward thee openly.
5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
This day, in America, we remember those who died in battle:
MEMORIAL DAY — IN LIME DEPOSITS
In lime deposits, memories live on, as torrential flesh dies.
Cries in sunshine and rain, flower up bloody sacrifice.
The hopeful blooms of freedom’s caustic cost —
The poppy seeds would last, yet nowhere ne’er suffice.
On her proud lapel, dripping with measured tears.
Upon her adorned wrist the pressure of passion petals.
The nettles that fell the fighters of shivering yesteryear.
Still jewels shine, from the home, where the quivers settle.
How thick and plush, a ruddy head rush, the beautiful field
Of poppies that spread, endlessly abroad in Eden’s bower.
Reflective hourglass sands of the past, present and future.
Repopulation of the sullen earth with faithful ruddy flowers.
The crimson crib of a lover’s garden, salted with personal tears,
Whilst life traverses, without morse code, to one’s brief generation.
War but a scourge on man’s back — the epitome of Calvary’s cross.
A long line of souls, lifted upon an unselfish tree, of love’s veneration.

While close, you appear distant in the mirror of my dreams,
Living nearby, whole neighborhood seems absent in my heart,
The image of love is fearful and uncertain in core,
The sky filled with dark rainy clouds seems restless in my heart.
Seeking companionship in the vast oasis of love,
Distant mirages dance in lonely desert of my heart,
Desiring to share pain, there is a yearning in our moods,
Yet, no one listens to these desires of desolate heart.
The relationships formed in numerous moments in life,
Shatter within the walls of discord of my perplexed heart.
Golden dreams, palaces gleam, jewels abound, and love divine,
The palaces transform into ruins, dreams shattered in my heart.
Loneliness echoes in this haunting unfamiliar world,
Unselfish virtue is rarely found in this realm of heart.
The price of affection cannot be compared with jewels,
Lost love resonates in the gardens of hope of my heart.
I'm grateful for the people in my life,
You know who you are, it's the little things that matter, out of kindness from the heart,
I'm grateful for the thought, for that's where it starts, to give and only for now receive but gratitude, and a thank you,
I'm grateful for you being in my life, my family's life, for being unselfish, it's good to know that we have people in our life that care,
I'm grateful for all all the little things, for their not little to me, for their so much bigger than these words that you see,
I'm grateful for all who had been there, when needed most, to help make a difference today and forever, because it's people like you that we need to be grateful for.

Mai (Mother), I am writing this letter to you in new format,
In the new era of email, I will send a message to you,
Since you are in heavens for a long time,
The feelings I have for you will never die.
I will invite you to visit my place overseas,
You will find food and culture so different than you have seen,
Still people are people, two generation of children will welcome you,
With their love, you will forget all the language barriers you may have.
Mai, in this letter, I will give my sincere thanks to you,
You taught us the preschool math and language even without going to any school,
I loved your cooking, maybe you can send me the recipe,
I miss your love and affection, no one will give the unselfish love and care.
Mai, I will try to appreciate your love for flowers and gardening,
The Guava, Mango, Jamun trees you planted, all the children enjoyed,
Even with dementia, you could recognize children with voice,
There would be no one to replace you in my life.
Mai, this mail will seek you amongst the stars in night skies,
There is a saying, loved ones do not die,
They love and smile you from up so high.
