The milk coffee skies of Paris in May,
make the Seine river look insanely gray.
At sunrise it’s quiet -
the traffic’s mostly bikes
our digs are luxurious and private
my school stress is waning - it’s nice
I want to get up sigh
I don’t want to get up,
We’ll vote on it later -
I think it’s a tossup.
What will today bring?
More thunderstorms and kisses?
*grin* I hope so.
I pull the covers up.
Peter stretches and asks,
“what are you doing?”
I chuckle, and say,
“Come and find me,”
when he does,
Paris is fun in May

she stood up ...
reached across the table to
pinch his cheek -
two small red spots grew where
she had crimped his
dark-whiskered flesh ...
"Now they match ... scoundrel!"
for there flamed two more crimson
marks on the opposite side
where the other had pressed her
pretty plum bows just
a moment before ...
they both walked slowly away from him
in different directions
swaying like serpents 'for a flute
every eye affixed to their
coy affectations
and the suggested treasures that
moved beneath the pleated finery, draping ...
he quickly finished the
cold, green shot of absinthe
in his hand, and considered the question
that now faced him ...
which desirous, compelling, wholly
dangerous creature would
he follow?

Here they come, the glamor divas with fabulous clothes.
Who will stay the latest is a tossup, none of us knows.
Gemini is wearing a glitzy headdress sprinkled with rhinestones.
Georgia is setting up the slam to awe us with her brilliant poems.
Gemini’s red satin gown is made by Bob Mackie naturally.
Low cut and scintillating it makes a splash on reality TV.
Georgia is throwing out metaphors in a fabulous display.
We are thrilled to feature these Barbies at Christmas Tree Cafe

Observing a street scene from point of high vantage
Is a reminder of something really quite outlandish
The people below are all purposefully scurrying about
But in reality they seem like ants do they not?
So take this scene and apply it much higher
Those selfsame ants that were seen on a street below
Are now invisible, not even ants any more
But they still harbor an illusion that is astounding
That they're the dominant force in an infinite cosmos
Which makes them godlike, well maybe almost
And like god, who it's not known if he's big or small
These delusional creatures can't be seen at all
Maybe the universe isn't really infinite after all
It's the humans in it that are invisibly small
And god said he would create humans in his image
But no one knows God's image; is he a flea or British
The Higgs-Boson is called the god-particle that creates mass
It takes this particle to create things like brass or grass
But it's so small it can't be seen with an eye
Therefore placing an order is hard but give it a try
So if it's desired to create grass or brass
It's a tossup if the result is a grassy park or a sea of bass

Usually prefer pussycats to dogs
Though we have a Golden named Annie
Guess it might be a real tossup though
Annie's pretty special and uncanny
This gal can smell barbecued chicken
From at least a couple of rooms away
Comes bounding into the kitchen
Ready for whatever comes her way
How can I resist this gorgeous animal
Got me tied around her paw
Zoe the cat is a real sweetheart too
I'm torn between these two pets-in-law
Guess I'll just spread my love between both
Annie can show fits of jealousy
Chasing Zoe and threatening her life
But really they get along quite famously
