Wow, the simple pleasures of life!
Remember when just a tan suit was the highlight and topic of discussion on all the news channels?
Yes, a tan suit had the volume turned all the way up and had them in a complete uproar, not no scandals, no corruption, no Epstein files, no bribery, no delusional post and memes, no need for greed, no late night rants and raves, no self obsessions… just a lil ole plain tan suit.
Well, things have truly changed since then, because look at where we are now, smh.
But, as you can see, this what happens when you turn leadership into leader ssh.
Wow!!! What a difference in a day, a person, a country and a mindset.

there is an old codger named Grimes
goes to the beach at summer time
he sits in his chair
and can’t help but stare
at all the young women’s tan lines
Thongs barely covering cheeks
Brown eyes hide their red surprise
Songs on the lips we sing we speak
Watching blue waves from tides
Sea gulls swoop like military troop
Diving then dining on fresh fish fin
Young people on water ski regroup
After splashing in the water again
The sand is hot the men are topless
The women watch sizing them up
Lifeguards sunburnt job to watch this
As senior couple reaffirm their love
At the beach where cares are set free
And smiles are as plentiful as tan sand
Nice to lay out and enjoy summer peace
Ignoring that winter will return again

His verses steeped in the fragrance of ancient chronicles,
perfumed by mountain winds and forest trees.
He praised the layered rivers and mountains,
the sea spreading wide, temples hidden in clouds.
A tiger lay listening to the monk’s chanting,
guiding wanderers toward realms of peace.
He copied poems for the ages to come—
a realm of agarwood drifting through endless mist.
Brilliant vermillion, a splash in the bath
The summer tanager causes a laugh
Color that seems to fly while it rests
It causes a reverence no one contests
No ordinary cardinal, nor flycatcher's hue
No black cap or vestment spoiling this view
It snatches the stinger while singing in flight
Inspiring the singer and song with the sight
Everybody tells me I got a beautiful sun tan
Finally
Because I spent couple days
In the sun
Before my sun tan
My skin was white and pale
Looking like cottage cheese
That was awful
I must say
I like my sun tan
Very much
Also now that is summer
I spend a lot of time in the
Boardwalk
I came to the boardwalk
Every day
First thing in the morning
Frosty The Snowman, wished a lovely tan,
Lying for hours on the sand Mexican.
Something bizzare instead happened to him,
"Frosty is invisible", children scream.

If they mind.. some bump & grind
Half inching while pinching their rump

Besotted with anything cosseted

Knaves..slaves.. saved
From the craze & blaze
Of this moral maze & haze
Extinguished by depraved waves
From distinguished graves
Denies his demise is nigh
Popularity sky high he lies
Bliss as the remiss abyss
Of hiss and diss ends

Cohorts of suits distort
Court the last resort
Damnation of immigration
Onslaught in cahoots cavort

Escort darker fraught faces
From other races caught
To starker places.. shunted
Hunted like a sort of sport
History debunked
“Before” skunked & kerplunked
Lore of Yore junked
Fossil fuel full sumps
Well More is More
Trees flump become clumps
Of gnarly snarly stumps
Petrol pumps pour
Sheriffs thumps any grumps
Tariffs Gazumps…prices soar
Ready for the final encore?
Don't give a jot or
A sod this lot
On your tod..just nod
Seedier greedier leaders
Stun..Shun the Needier
Not just down trodden
Sodden...run roughshod
Beseech each of those clowns..down
In the dumps chumps who chose
Plumps for stealthy
Leeches who teaches
Fools at our schools
Only the wealthy can stay healthy
No education for the nation
Uses...abuses..eschews..media issues..then sues
Argy bargy - sarky malarkey ensues
Bemuses readers…forsake news as fake
It's a Maga Saga ruse for f**ks sake
No immigration...deplore integration
To restore order…close the border

As this git dearly did his bit

To win her whole heart was my sole goal,
In summer, I tanned just for her soul.
I sunbathed at Lagos Beach,
A Black there to woo a peach,
My face is now blacker than charcoal.
Soon be a beautiful brown color
For naturally brown lover.
