14 Coursing!
Reflection one,
Gematria is revealing,
14 is “Dai”, enough, done?
Tzoros are healing,
Rav C. Shumulevitz wrote “Con”,
Or “With” feeling “Busha”
For your missed mission,
Tzoros have done annealing,
Are no longer needed? Redundant?
14 also is “Zahav” or Gold,
Precious as a watershed?
Wisdom from Tzoros’ toll?
Speaking, thus the rock bled?
Small steps, downsize the goal,
Reframe anguished cries instead,
Wishful thinking? Fatigue taking hold?
Mussar to the head,
And to the heart “B’HisPaalus” bold,
7th inning stretch? Bullpen retread,
Journey & Destination are one fold!

I bring you to a place
Where between us
Is time and space
So far away
Though I wish it not
And always ahead a day
This place is loud
It's thunder claps
It's screams in a crowd
It's violent and bold
It's waves crashing
It's fire taking hold
It's quiet and shape
It's a dagger and a blade
It's haunting notes on a harp
It's thoughts screaming
It's silence deafening
It's tears on a cheek gleaming
It's crying all alone
While you are asleep
Pain felt in the bone
We fight alone
With the other's name in mind
But each in our respective home
It's separation across time and space
And somehow we must last
To one day, together, grace the same place

As i sit and watch the storm,
my mind racing with thoughts and fear,
dark clouds gather overhead.
Darkness only broken by lightning
slashing across the sky,
I sit cowering in my chair,
fear taking hold of my whole body as it starts to rain.
As I watch the rain float gracefully to the ground.
Everything starts to make sense.
The lightning now seems to dance together as it lights up the sky,
the thunder is now a soothing roll.
my fear gradually fading,
i hold my hand out into the rain.
I watch the raindrops fall,
they don’t seem scared,
their whole life they are alone.
They land on my outstretched hand, making their own paths across it,
finding each other,
their whole life destined to be together,
two souls now intertwining,
two hearts beat as one as they roll off together across my palm,
suddenly i don’t seem so scared,
as i sit and watch the storm.

Mother, father are weeping
Because the heavens didn’t send their heart a soul
The wind, their house is breaking
And the morning is very cold
Outside they find
With the earth in the sky
That their sound is not here
Nor is it nearby
There's a train screaming angels to lower their heads
And a cold concrete block reeking of death
When no one was there
When no one was sent
A crowd turned desire
Now all has been spent
There's a stone in the morning summer air
And a clock that is ticking everywhere
A heart that is beating alone and cold
And a sound of weeping taking hold
Mother, father are weeping
Because the heavens didn’t send their heart a soul
The wind, their house is breaking
And the morning is very cold
And outside lay bones of those before
The soil is crying with them all
And the sky opens up for one last look
But looks away for it mistook
That the two were still alive.

"My Word, My Bond"
There were days I lost the fight
Chasing wrong instead of right
Bad habits pulling at my soul
Stress and anger taking hold
I slipped, I stumbled, broke and bled
I doubted every word I said
Yet through the wreckage and the rain
You stood beside me in my pain
You saw the man I tried to hide
You stayed when others left my side
You held my heart with patient hands
You taught me how to rise again
You trusted me when trust was thin
You loved me when I could not win
You never asked for more than truth
You never gave up on my youth
And now I stand before your eyes
No fear, no mask, no more disguise
I make this vow and speak it strong
My word is bond, it won't go wrong
I promise you with all I am
To be your shelter and your man
To never break, to never fall
To stand for us through every wall
For every time you held me near
For every fight you fought through fear
I thank you now with all my soul
With you, at last, I am made whole
I love you

The ashes of your ghost still roam within a sea of roses.
Breathing you in, I try to reach through the veils,
yet to no avail.
The bitter emptiness is all I can feel.
The Fates keep taunting, teasing~
in the dead of night, your voice still lingers,
preventing slumber from taking hold.
The ticking of clocks infects my broken psyche,
hallucinations tangle me within what used to be our sheets.
Breathing in your scent, exhaling demons~
without you, the devil whispers.
Temptation takes hold,
fire flows through transforming veins.
Lilith’s fury poisons any humanity that was left.
Levitating from the bed, rebirth is at hand.
Cutting into my chest,
the heart becomes the heartless.
Electricity pulses beneath rippling flesh,
destruction now at my fingertips.
Grief begets hate.
Now watch as the world burns,
as I become my own martyr.

It now sneaks up within the grey
And brings the Arctic air our way
Its evil spell is taking hold
So we must brace against the cold.
Celsius degrees hit sub zero
And small mammals burrow below
To escape from the worst of times
And most birds fly to warmer climes
The sky that was a joyful view
Now dreary grey replaces blue
Each day we see no sign of sun
That pleasure now is surely gone
We suffer shortage of day light
And shiver through each day and night
But we endure and we pray
That long dark hours go away
We dream about the coming spring
When daylight then is lengthening
And bringing joyful springtime skies
And then we see the snowdrops rise.

The Storm
No more a gentle breeze that flutters
Tie things down and close the shutters
Autumn trees have lost their leaves
This blustery wind twists and weaves
Stronger now, so intense and bold
Grabbing things and taking hold
Throwing items in the air
Breaking things without a care
Worse again, trees are crashing
At the beach, waves are lashing
Howling, screaming.
Rain is teaming.
Frightening!
Lightening!
(Pause)
Then calm, silence, peace at last
Stillness now, the storm has passed.

In the fading light I penned down a verse
Writing to the universe
That with each passing day
I keep finding my way
Cause I took to writing when I was lost
And many of my first poems I couldn't post
For I was still finding my way,
even to date, I've come a long way
I used to sit under that fading light
And now I'm so close to it, I keep getting into the limelight
From time to time that's why name is slowly taking hold
Cause I followed a trail of words that never ran cold
I write even when I have no words
I write not minding the awards
For I'm doing this for me and the healing
Cause ever since I started writing I've never stopped dreaming
That's why I keep getting better cause I keep trying
And that's why I don't struggle writing
Cause with each breathe I breath words to life
And now you understand why I'm full of life
Cause I've never ceased writing

Your love scorches everything that it sees
My heart's cookin' at one thousand degrees
We lie in bed all night and smoke with desire
Your kisses hotter than a four alarm fire
Chorus:
I'm burning in the inferno of love
Your hugs and kisses fit me like a glove
I'm burning in the inferno of love
My ashes soaring up to Heaven above
Before the sun's up I wake with a spark
I feel your fingers touch me in the dark
Your hot ruby lips are burning my skin
I count the seconds till they do it again
Chorus:
I fear your passion is taking its toll
A wildfire's raging out of control
Spreading like the plague crippling me
Taking hold until too blind to see
Chorus:
Now I'm a prisoner in your cage
My heart just melts while your fires rage
No doctor could ever find a cure
I'll die in Hell this I know for sure
Chorus:

I love the sky as twilight falls
A breathtaking sight to behold
As hundreds of birds take to wing
Birds duck and dive, I hear their calls
From lilac skies now tinged with gold
Loud squawks, it's a shame they can't sing!
Beating wings, bird flight never stalls
As skies darken, night's taking hold
I don't want to miss anything
The changing sky always enthrals
I'll stay out until it gets cold
In summer, fall, winter or spring
The setting sun, seabirds in flight
I'll always marvel at this sight

Spread
Love , it is the only way we can go
This is something we all should know.
We should spread it with all we say
Make it the new way
We can see were all this hate is leading
How quickly it is breeding
And how bad we are needing
For love to come back
Stop adding to its attack
We cary this to far
History will add this new scar
To its pages
Of our lifes stages
All that play this hate game
Must feel no shame
Hold us all to blame
Sadness starts
The frosting of hearts.
Petty emotions taking hold
Mask making people bold
Fires burning in street
Rage , building with the heat
Have we lost to hate
It can't be our fate
Not to late
Love, can put out the fire
Before it can get any higher
Love is the way
Spread it with all we say

Most dissolve or become
shrines you visit in old age.
Others linger, unresolved,
and can sit there in memory
for years until what is missing
comes creeping back
or starts the replay
of a moment you paused
long ago, now let to run
its full length even if
a lifetime late.
There are others that remain
always in between,
stuck halfway
like a stone cast into the dark,
when the ear waits to hear
it break the river's quiet,
but there is no sound,
no end, only a silence
and the fog coming in,
the cold, bitter air
biting on every nerve,
panic taking hold,
closing in to keep a part
of you there, waiting
for something
that will never come.

The island is peaceful, quiet and still.
Settling back into a familiar routine.
Sounds soften, no longer shrill.
Once again, a picturesque scene.
Tranquility, has found a home here.
in this sleepy, little seaside town.
But sadly, there is the fear,
that chaos could tear it down.
Times of unrest, find a way in.
No locked doors, can keep it away.
It must end before it can begin,
or there's an endless price to pay.
The world has become an angry place.
Situations become out of control.
Losing what we cannot replace.
An upheaval, taking its toll.
Hatred, a shadowy figure in the night,
an apparition like that in a dream.
Silently taking hold by morning light,
dimming the rays of a sunlight beam.
Each generation, has troubled times,
thankfully the end result was peace.
But, over the years, there are signs,
that for those to come, it will cease.
It is everything, to live a life that's free.
What of freedom, if we throw peace away?
Think of how tranquil, a little town can be.
The joy of seeing innocent children at play

Not a poem, a message for the love of brains, yours and your loved ones. Most doctors don’t know about this as conventional medicine is still catching up with traumatic brain injury. This recipe attacks the inflammation, helping to prevent an all out fire, an inflammation cycle from starting, preventing Post Concussion Syndrome from taking hold. I can tell you, PCS ain’t fun. Bless everyone, write this down.
