Rhyme's Stanza Takeover

ABCABC / BCCBCC/ CCCCCC

Each stanza gaining strength
With repetition power
Just give a little time
They may be the same length
So try not to be sour
As it ramps up to it's prime

Second rhyme to top of tower
Third one begins to climb
And mirror like a mime
First rhyme gone to cower
And stays back in the grime
No more lines for it to chime

Third rhyme is now sublime
Made it through the slime
Didn't cost a single dime
Or committed one crime
From Paris to Anaheim
The only remaining rhyme

The Takeover

The Takeover
Israel has taken over the US
Treasury and all financial bodies
In a silent occupation.
Trump is not only a corrupt president
But he is traitor too
While thee Facebook
Has been showing cute photos
Of playful cats
The giant snake is eating
Our existence
And no one noticed

The Takeover

The fences and billboards
  disappear in the sanctum

As theory is abandoned
  —and true knowledge takes hold

Premium MemberCorporate Takeover

On Thursday you're a valued employee
on Friday you're shown the door

Last week you worked for a company
  that today exists no more

It's a corporate takeover
  a brutal, hostile makeover

Your heart tosses, turns and aches over
the coals your efforts get raked over

A voice deep within gnaws at your skin
The pit of your stomach a knot of chagrin

~ Why is it always like this, for God's sake,
                       quake over
             earth-shattering quake-over?

Takeover

Takeover

I see an army of believers rising,
The rise of the guardians has begun.
God is our captain and
He's awakening us from the dust.
I want to be who I was made to be,
Lead the people I was called to lead,
And give vision to the blind so they can see.
With eyes opened, I see a new sight
And I have team that's ready to take flight.

This is the takeover, and it's happening now,
The league of believers is running the town.

The mission hasn't changed I'm Tom Cruise,
On a mission and I'm not going to lose.
I'm going for gold on the track,
Out running all my opponents on the track.
For my name is "The Conqueror",
And I'm conquering my enemies with a victory.
It's the king's life shining through me.
Death has died and the king is alive
So, let's rise and truly come alive.

This is the takeover, and it's happening now
The league of believers is running the town.

Hostile Takeover

Hostile Takeover
Written by: D. Collins 10/3/14

Way, back when, nobody saw the big plan.
Redistribute the vote all across the land.
Putting judges in place to enforce their will.
Carrying guns in case they have to kill.

Its been a hostile takeover of basic rights.
And, abortion decisions are taken overnight.
They chose this route because they cannot win.
No clue of the devil buried deep within.

NSA spying came from Bush’s regime.
Once it was exposed, it became Obama’s thing.
Obama got caught holding the bag.
America lost friends it once had.

A hostile takeover is what we’re currently in.
From the right to vote to the prison system.
A coup d'état is right before our eyes.
An ideology affecting so many lives.

The Takeover

Watch me leave out that door
Right Now.
Just like a Memory.

You think I
Want this?
Reassurance being handed out like candy.

Hide me.
I can't watch as this Takeover
Happens right in front of

Us.
Water pours from
The tightly wound hose.

Front yard full of water
And the dust falls.
The takeover.

Spin around.
Look.
Spin around.

Nobody understands.
Am I the only one with
Tears?

I run as the buildings
Crumble right in front of
Us.

A phone rings
And No One
Answers.

Maybe it's all in my head.
I cannot breathe.
Until I met You.

What did you say?
The Takeover.
So You See Too.
Thin as Paper.
We Agree,
We need to save these people.

Why don't they realize?
What's happening?
I don't understand .

Confusion around every curve,
And the wind whips.
So hard. It hurts.

You think We
Want this?
Reassurance being handed out like candy.

But at least I have You
Now.
I can feel your heat.

I See You Now.
I Think It'll Be Alright.
We'll Survive At Least.
You Still Want To Save Them.
But You Need To Understand.
They Don't Even Know It's Happening.
