Love can sway,
Our focus,
Love surrounds,
Like Our Lord,
Not fair weather folk,
His love is staunch,
Sees us all through,
The journey to faith,
We awaken, renewed
Hope to love,
Full of surprise!
Sorrow draws its own heart
Out a pool, stagnant.
Quail-tracked this quag around
Hear its plodding sound.
Gladness, from out sunned airs'
Vital-zephyr flows.
Finch-traced this field about
Hear its zealous shout.
now the empty room
no longer welcomes me in
but reminds of grief
it feels lonely; not waiting
for my time alone to write
once there was a fire
that I made for all of them
before they arose
then it became my solace
for my quiet time to write
can it again warm
fill with laughter and their love
not just memories
but a new family's love
maybe some progeny's home

It gives me the credence of exactly who I am.
That monstrous feeling of the return of the man.
Standing tall, looking ya'll right in the face.
And putting every perspective right in its place.
Love surrounds me in each and every way.
It gave me the skill to write this for ya'll today.
Honestly, I have a problem with starving kids.
Because that wasn't the way I was taught to live.
Love surrounds me in the most negative way.
That Gangsta MF that lasts for many days.
Children are children and deserve to live a life.
Without bombs waking them up at night.
If I were to speak, would my words pierce the dense silence that surrounds me like a shroud,
Or would they be lost within it like a dream adrift in the morning mist, forgotten and unknown?
Not every sound penetrates this stasis, heavy and filled with mysteries hidden in shadow,
I watch the crowds pass by me, as if my pulse were a thread of smoke, invisible.
My whisper is a gentle murmur, always on the edge, never loud enough to matter,
What silent pains do you carry, my love, like stones hidden in your soul?
Does guilt overwhelm you when you ignore the fragile things that dwell in shadow, unknown,
Or do they lose their power in your heart, like memories that slip away like sand through fingers?
In the dust I breathe beneath the wooden floor, I trace lines through cracks, a hidden sanctuary,
A secret refuge of cobwebs and shadows, where everything that disappears seeks to find its place.
Here, all that is unseen searches for meaning, to weave its story into the eternal silence,
Like an echo vibrating through time, in search of purpose, of a calling beyond the horizon.

The goodness of God surrounds me every day
It goes before me in all I do
And overwhelms me body and soul
For he loves me unconditionally
Day and night I wallow in His goodness
Even when I go the way of sinners
He never gives up on me
He continues to look out for me
His faithfulness remains sure
For He is a covenant keeping God
And as I journey in this world
He continues to guide my steps
He continues to pamper me
With His goodness
And has even prepared for me
A resting place
After the earthly journey is over
Where I will live with Him forever
of grief the dread
here you are dead
the guilt I have I can’t forget

If loves surrounds us
Why is it that I just see
Snow to be shoveled?
YOUR LOVE SURROUNDS ME
Where were you when I searched for you in the midst of the crowd? when the violence and drama broke out. When a loved one has fallen because hatred took their life. Where were you when that happy smile turned to tears throughout the nights, where were you?
When my days were filled with bitterness, so much that I could not hide. When the pain of my troubles was overwhelming, where were you when the storms were coming? When I called out for peace, peace in my days.
If I had known then what I knew now, you were always with me. In the midst of my circumstances you stood there fighting every battle for me. I never knew how much your love covered me. Your ways are wonderful, your blessings are known to be true. Where were you when my voice cried out for you? Every step of the way you were with me, your right hand comforted me. Dear Lord I thank you. Your love surrounds me.

Forcing bottled water.
Bandanna dream feeding
warning on chem-paper
tinkering on a clip board.
Ear to conditioning air
