The Media Wedge

They (the Legacy media) persist in their use of deceptive practices with the intent to obfuscate what is true. They conveniently avoid facts, that are known, intending to mislead those who are superficially engaged.

The freedoms granted to the media by our constitution, as intended, was for the protection of the masses against rogue governments and or political abuses.

However principled the intentions of our forefathers in granting this freedom of the press, they would most certainly be appalled by the ongoing, intentional distorting of what is true, and what is currently being disseminated to the public by the majority of legacy media.

Today's abundance of available media sources, for those who seek what's true, only adds to the confusion and mistrust of this information. The media's use of their platforms to promote an agenda, or for the purpose of propaganda to benefit a political party or political outcome, is exactly why we are no longer,
(United States)!

Premium MemberA Pretty Face

Give me anguish that feels like my heart has been staked,
Give me betrayal, entrapment, and hatred of my race.
Give me shame, humiliation, and painful disgrace,
But please oh please spare me, a pretty face.

Woven arrows of bleakness

1.
Raucous winds sweep pristine waves
against gods' sepulchral canvas as
stagnant, sharp wings' frames rose from malnourished hearts;
ends of elongated crosses marked beginnings
of rotten, venomous roots plugged into dead matter.

2.
Hollowed caverns invaded by calloused fingers
coaxed bitter nectar and pellucid beads:
thus, gashed, aqueous sacs polluted by darkening crimson
rolled down the silken passage.
With each bite, a story is devoured as
monotonous beats of the gnawed linger in the air,
a saccharine image of carnage and raven barbs.

3.
Rough trunks and polished branches - that reached for the fleating dark
blended into mirrored snowy and sickening magenta -
tell stories of woven arrows of bleakness and despair,
a myriad of similar, blurring threads plunging:
upon the lost and benevolent,
upon the putrid and vice,
nonchalantly.

4.
Yearning, bony grip interrupted hasty steps;
despite their current state,
these wane pits easily found mine
(like never before)
their intimate, lost vigor fueling my disdain as
superficial longing clashed with a guarded soul
finally certain of similarities and your self-induced downfall.

Bitter-Sweet Passion

I chose to love
Embraced bitter sweet love
My mind's patched
My heart's banded up
Yet it heals to be fibrosed
To never beat like before
All a consequence of loving
Loving has never been more difficult
But do I still will to love
You are damn right , I do
Cos it's my way out of a dystopian life
Love's hurts are like butter to bread compared to my dystopian woes
Finding love was always a daydream until I grew wings and escaped back to reality
You don't know how many times I died inside in loneliness
You can't fathom my heavy burdens
I have appeared all fresh superficially but deep down I dessicated multi-ply
Love was my savior, my guarding grace

Premium MemberThe Music of Me

I am two different people
Superficially the same

One inside the romantic
and totally right brained

the other is pragmatic
intellectualizing all

A dichotomy of thought on two different keys
a melody together, two harmonies apart

A symphony when played
cacophony to part

Beauty's Defiance

Beautiful women can be the aspects of ghosts, as their inner sincerity's hard to expose. Struck by the attractive feature, it's hard for the elegant creature's persona to be personified, character to be characterised. Warped by the untouchable shrine that's hard to define, binds your judgement, leaving you blind. So pleasing to the senses, one's reason is clouded by affection, bound by perception, thus the recollection of the fine line between mind and being visually divine is intertwined. Almost erased, left faint yet remains invisibly plain to the superficially tamed eye. How ironic that the eyes never lie, without the barrier of site, the reasoning of the mind would be hard to defy

Therefore,

I doubt and doubt .
Superficially I change a lot and turnout .
Up and down ,side to side.
I seek to have and hide.
                                         No one likes to see.
                                       The core essence of me.
                                    I transformed clothes to masks.
Ready to answer who ever asks.
I give what they look for .
I lie, I LIE, unfortunately and therefore,

I did not get it initially,
Brushing it off superficially.
My taste buds turned fickle,
Demanding a pickle;
Pregnant I am, now officially!

Premium MemberDelve Deeper

Delve deeper
 into one's soul,
inside
 one's mind. Don't look
 superficially.
 Dig deep
 to find
 one's essence.
 That's where
 the heart and soul
 glow like gold.
 To know somebody...
 delve beneath the surface.
 There's
 more than meets the eye

Trumpery

Trumpery has nothing to do with the card game bridge, the trump card
in a round defeats all the others, the most powerful card;
It is the practice that superficially
appealing to many but officially
have very little real value, worthless stuff, one needs to discard.

Illusion the World-2

everything there is
everyone there is
alive

before my eyesight
some are captured in memory
some are gone superficially

alone
all alone on this ground
daylight to dark night

alone, lonely into me I fight
for nothing!

an illusion
opens the knot of learning
teaches to think -
some absurd,
some logic,
some to guard,
some to high kick

in the four wall of dome
doom comes with the spirit
to teach -
take; o weak learner
take slavery and ask mercy

dawn sun mourns on ignorant savagery
because of self-less stupid selfie

Premium MemberWhy Is It

Most don't look beyond or below the surface,
to find other's uniqueness and intelligence.
Age, Weight, shape, accepted look of the day,
should these really be what kindles interest,
and determines whether acceptance is extended to another?
These are standards not of the heart, or spirit.
Fleeting in life they will certainly be.
Do those who judge superficially,
see the inevitable toll in themselves,
that life takes each day.
Eventually to be judged, like they have judged.
What will they then say?

Premium MemberBeautiful

Mirrors are cruel
Revealing cold lies
Hidden imperfections
Upon closer reflection
They're worse than an ad
Because they tell you
Everything you don't want to hear
But these lies by the mirror
Are merely a reflection
Of awful societal standards
And everybody wants to be somebody
But nobody wants to be themselves
So we mask our faces
And take knives to our flesh
Just to be someone else
Superficially
But inside we're dying
Masquerading under a false flag
It's a path to misery
And eventual suicide
But the truth is this
Every single soul is beautiful
And every imperfection adds to it
Don't destroy who you are
To be the lie others want to hear
Be the righteous truth
That destroys systemic lies
Because if nobody else will tell you
Let me be the one to say it
You're beautiful
And nobody will ever be you
So we truly need you
To be you and see
Upon closer reflection
Hidden perfections
Revealing warm truths
That you're perfect
Even in front of the mirror

Race For Tomorrow

Just what is race?
What does it mean?
By book
A group of common ancestry
Superficially diverged
             By only what is seen

Will differences
Not be mended
In future
Will there be a race for tomorrow
One race comprising all
          A world that is blended

R ace for tomorrow
A nger dissipated
C olor erased
E volved thinking

F airness for all
O ne family of man
R ivalry negated

T errorism ended
O rder restored
M alice allayed
O utcry ceased
R eady to love
R ecipe for joy
O thers accepted
