in
the same
skillful way satin
serenades smooth silky skin . .
the soft touch of spring
is stimulating and seducing my senses
- the scene is serene, simple and satisfying -
in
the same
sweet symbolic way,
i’m longing to
savor the soft
touch of
you
--------
- because the ache is strong -
the welcome of spring and sweet love

As This Heart Wakes To Your Soft Touch
Sounding a change a call to arms
echoes in heart's beatings
waging battles against world's harm
found within dawn's greetings
battle yields to heroic light
blessings send, strength to fight
to find a bountiful treasure
wake to again truth see
by love, can one truly measure
life by a sound decree
for 'tis written, heart can renew
again, true love in you
'pon a night of moon's soft glowing
from Heavenly skies cast
spirals of love's sweetest showing
true love forever lasts
dear angel, hold this thought
love's gems we gaily caught
as this heart wakes to your soft touch
dawn its bright waking sings
our deep love held so very much
as flowers are to Spring
darling, await I for night dreams
and your falling moonbeams.

It's Jana Zamora's birthday,
The morning breeze is just gentle;
The zephyr lets the soft touch stay,
To bring mildness and joy as well.

I feel things a bit too deeply.
I analyze a bit too much.
I usually end up feeling guilty.
I am considered a soft touch.
I think things through, then think again.
I have difficulty letting issues go.
Always feel that I have to explain.
And I do let my feelings show.
I feel hurt all the way to my soul.
To be betrayed breaks my heart.
Sometimes I don't feel whole.
I have almost fallen apart.
I am quiet a little too often.
Especially when I have nothing to say.
I choose my words so I am certain,
I don't want to see a look of dismay.
I am the first to say I'm sorry,
Even if I did nothing wrong.
I want to get past it in a hurry.
I go to extreme just to get along.
I could continue on and on,
describing what I'm about.
I do think it's all true,
But I also have alot of self doubt.

(Madame is pronounced with accent on maDAME, the French way)
Near a hole in the wall, with no qualm,
Never seen, sits a frumpy Madame.
Using lotion, she works
Giving smooth strokes and jerks
With her fabulous and renowned palm.

*This is the theme of a movie I saw on cable.
Its name is Irena Palm, the name a widow takes when
she goes to work at a club in order to make enough money
to allow her grandson the surgery he needs to save his
life. It's not a *****, but her "work" is a bit erotic yet discretely
portrayed. It got high marks from the critics. My writing this
was inspired by Deborah Guzzi's Limerick Contest and now
I enter it into Skat's contest!
