I've given up on you
I don't care anymore
Go do what you want
I don't anymore
As long as you do it without me
I don't care about your obsessions
Your lies
Your drama
Your unhealthy wants
Your crazy "needs"
I don't care how much
You like him
You hate him
You love him
You can't decide
Now
With these final words to you
Know with no regret
I don't care
Anymore.
It's another morning and I'm so fortunate
To awaken and enter another day
I reflect for a few moments
And remember the ones who strayed
For many a reason this has happened
Mans inhumanity to man is one
Car jacking in many cultures
Or the bullet from many a gun
Rapists, paedophiles and murderers
No care for the victims they claim
Be it needle, chair or rope
Taken out should be our aim
And now I speak of the gangs
Their bravado speaks volumes to them
Peer power within their families
In my eyes they'll never be men
To the politicians I care not to look
Never tarring them all the same
It's the ones that lie through their teeth
Power and riches their illegal fame
The next morning I awake once again
And reflect on the decent out there
Much time I can reflect about them
To the good I can always fare

Like a target, you zero in on me
And begin your chit-chatting…
But I don’t care if you took some test,
Or how many times you had to guess.
Or where your faceless friends were sitting,
Or if you wore your lucky ribbon.
Let’s talk about something “real,”
Something deep, something you feel.
I don’t care if it’s going to rain;
The weather channel will tell me the same.
Don’t you care about
Victims of the tsunami?
Isn’t the state of the world
Alarming?
Don’t you care that your husband’s
Cheating on you?
With your neighbor no less,
Marylou?
“Oh,” you say, “but her hair is so cool.”
Right, I nod, and begin to drool…

Under the influence of anger and sickness - sick of her shallow, petty concerns and angry at having to listen to them!
You say I didn’t treat you right
A thorn in your flesh you claim I was
And that less was the care you saw
I thought of blaming it on you
But on a second thought so not to
Had I listened to the voice of reason
That sought to be heard ages before
Had I softened my heart to logic
Can a broken kettle carry tea?
I’d have saved myself the embarrassment
And I am busy contemplating my past
Quite rhetorical is my question
But is there anyone to be blamed?
A passing glance I call that
And nature failed less in its course
Crucify me or perhaps convict
But a noble chance u would grant
A guest to my frail heart u can be
And whether or not you find some love
Bear me witness that care I did
Yes I did!

(Saw this article on MSN about this lady who said that after 21 failed marriages that if this
young man rejects her after coming from rehab that she will marry again. Another article
about a lady from Asia somewhere was the same age and was seeking a husband who was
young enough to care for her because her nieces and nephews were too old to care for her.)
Congress is bitching again, trying to make it look like they’re doing something.
But they don’t give a damn; career politicians know it’s a scam.
But do they know this is real? And realize the power they wield?
I don’t think they care that they’re shipping kids to battlefields for a war without reasons.
And the media doesn’t care or dare to ask questions that should be hanging in the air.
Who cares…..? whatever sells more advertising time.
And is george bush high? We should probably get him tested.
Neh never mind…. Instead let’s try to get steroids out of baseball, cameras out of
football, fixes out of Bball, yeah just ignore this week at war and flip it over to sports center.

The pressure to be perfect
it's so strong and it is so great,
We all would like to be perfect,
But there's only one perfect, his name is God!
You would like to change your body,
You would like to have a makeover too,
Everywhere and anywhere on your body and your face,
People changes their noses, they pull their skins, this way and that too,
Some people have too many plastic surgeries everywhere,
They take care of their wrinkles here and there, that we know,
They're so worried about their physical appearance all the time, too much too,
But what about your heart, your spirit and your soul, that's what make you whole
Have you taken care of these, through all the years you lived, have you?
What about your relationship with God, do you have at all, any too?
The pressure to be perfect it is so strong,it is so great,
But we can never be perfect, so relax and work 'more' in the real You!
