The acoustic resonance of written poesy,
Is like a fabric of silk, warm and cozy,
The letters, the words are a silk thread,
Interwoven into verses and couplets they spread,
Into a blanket of stanzas and sonnets,
Similes and metaphors of a purpose to recommit,
Over and over and again for gains,
Until words flows freely in our blood veins!
Fondling on articulate, chromatic hums,
Rhyming into a musical reprise it becomes,
The letters, the words, like aurora dancing along,
By syllables, softness and density doth they belong,
Each word so radiant that seems to sing,
Upon sweet skin senses that want to cling,
Gradient of a sonnet free of speck and whole,
Composing mystic melody as our souls extol!
Anticipated for, all of a sudden
I had to lay a grip on my hat
And hold close my unbuttoned button-less jacket
As the old ladies bend over for the swift of the dress
And young ones reach out for a headscarf, either as bag or book
Yet the lower generation sprint for the front door, home comfort
And as the spark! Bling! Bling!
And the creepy darkness
Split! Split! Splat!
Showers here and there
And for a moment, I dived into deep thought
'Should I return back home, but I have made it this far'
'If I revert now, wet knows me no more'
'But returning is quitting, throw in the day laid ahead'
'What if...' a slash before mine eyes and I skip I beat
For all the thoughts episode, yet still moving forth
Watching every step I take yet I step into a puddle of mud, dirt
And turning off my skin senses, to ignore every drop splashing on me
To rush ain't an option, as I felt a running stream down my spine
And mine clothing gaining weight by every second
As I watched the drops dripping down from my jacket arms
Then I set mine gaze towards the bus stop
For it's the only hope before me, checkpoint
As she continues to Rain on Me...

Poke holes in clouds
Hammer the happiness
Rip my curtains
Flood out the angriness
Curse my name
Couple my drunken state
Struggle with luggage claim
Just sit and wait
Manage my mind
Structure my consequences
Take a stand
Nothing but skin senses
Mark me with your matter
Catch the healing
Don’t have to get along
Its what’s you’re concealing
Scan the volunteers
Purvey the waiters
Sweat stains
Line the walls like a dictator
Walls paper-thin
Hear the moaning
Climax induced dream trip
Better safeguard your heart with zoning
Pull threads
Try an unseal me
I’m holding on
Scared you’ll forfeit and agree
I see you, if I see you at all
Time moves slower now
And it matters not if I see things inverted
The boundary of skin senses still
A feeling you are one with air and light
But the cells inside have a life of their own
Programmed guardians to protect
Do battle for life and limb
Constant wars I can scarce imagine
But wonder if they fight for love
White coats waft down cold corridors
Invisibly stained cells with questions
That burn day and night, obsessed
I’m pillow banked and stiff
The drip dulls pain
While I’m held suspended between life and magnetic death
I succumb instead to sleep
And everyone is thankful
While nothing Lacks ...
Love surrounds in still vibrant silence
