A sigh passed from her soft lips, 
like ice cracking over the pond. 
It was not for fear I trembled, 
but for passion freed from its bonds. 

A glance entreated from her bright eyes, 
like a hunter’s horn across the fields. 
It was not for pain I flinched, 
but for the path I could not

Sunset Sigh

pretend it was me and not you
in love. Cupid put down his arrows,
they were aimless, anyhow -
he sees that now.         still,

there’s a beauty and a cutie
so Cupid decides to shoot
his mouth off. the couple turns,
a miss…what is this…what is this…

each off their rockers, rocking away
from dusk

NIGHTIME'S TENDER SIGH

nighttime's tender sigh, a whispered hush.
the world is bathed in silvery lunar blush.

the stars up high, reflecting moonbeams.
nighttime's tender sigh, a moonlight dream. 

fireflies dance without a care.
the scent of blooming flowers fills the air.

a celestial ballet delights.
nighttime's tender sigh takes flight.

'sigh-ants' logic

with-'in tell-all gents'
comes a 'lodged-hic'

that is 'nay-too sure-all'
with respect 'survive-all'

Tension starts to fade,
A soft breath escapes at last,
Calm begins to bloom.

A golden thing, a high desire—

Sad surprise awaits Juliette.
She walks into her house
to find new rescue, Hugo,
ripping the living room apart.

disappointment
how long? 
am I not allowed to cry? 
tears fall
drop by drop

nose blocked
thoughts stop
I wish to die
just get lost
in the listlessness
of it all

I'm in shatters
not again
Oh! please
NOT AGAIN
my head hurts
from holding on 
to hope
I crack beneath
the seemingly strong
surface

I said goodbye, with a soft sigh.
No words could explain this moment,
Shadows of doubt, shaded by death
Impressing the notes of a song, breathless and wild
Restoring my faith, yet it wouldn’t see the grace,
Beneath the autumn romance, that second chance
When the wind drifted across the hills,
Pressing in on my soul – accusing, coloring my life
