Whiskers tickle my mouth
His hot breath is close.
I wake up quickly!
I push him away and yell "Buddy!"
He does not mind.
pink toes in snow
wet silver fur darkened
whiskers shivering
soft grass nest nearby
his mate is waiting
with warmth and love
Rumors, hearsay and whispers
frolicked midst a newsman's whiskers
His wife told the neighbors
~ He no longer kissed her
dragging feeble feet
a silent walk to death's grasp
beaten under house
the last sigh escapes her lungs
whiskers shrivel as years pass
thrones and thistles
who are you
flowers and rainbows
only
my
little
whiskey whiskers
knows
my
little ball of yarn

mugs for shaving cant you see
tea and coffee not for me
each morning light
whiskers take flight
fine use of time you agree.
I have to admit it is shocking
That Mr. Willaker is stalking
that pretty miss
with a large kiss
Bites mouses head off, whiskers locking.
A blubbery walrus, well taught,
With whiskers aquiver once sought,
A means on the land
To start up a band,
But vocals here hindered a lot.
Crazy cat lady as I don't like cats, but as I've got older I have whiskers to match. I see men as they see mice little sneaky but taste very nice.

He looked like the cat that licked the cream,
When he first appeared on the TV scene,
Time has not changed him, no siree,
He's as vain as any man can be.
What? I'm not eating your roses.
I am adjusting my whiskers.
I don't care for salads anyway.
Just watching this pathetic
Excuse for a plant self-destruct.

The shred of whiskers
Tossed about
The unraveled hairs

CAT
Slowly spreading a luxury of black fur
Over my knees for me to admire,
Licking paw and washing face
To draw attention to her whiskers,
She fell asleep purring.

My darling Bertha, all people agree
Is the ugliest= mutt they ever did see
She squeaks and she snorts
She has whiskers and warts
But she's the most charming of ladies to me

What's behind your well groomed facial hair
Pretend not to have a single care
Whiskers that hide scars
Moustache handlebars
Detours to avoid the barber's chair

On meow buses
no cat fusses.
Sweet little kitties
meow rodent ditties;
deck out bunting
time for hunting.
With pounding paws
furries prime claws.
Amid glad rasping
there is no fasting.
My cat has lots of whiskers,
whiskers on her face,
and above her bright green eyes,
appearing like lace.
And some in her ears,
whiskers on whiskers, whiskers
like tiny white spears !
The ladies are the blessing of all mankind
If all of us were male, who'd be there to remind
Us to change our knickers
Or trim our whiskers
So thank goodness for all ye ladies so refined
