All alone in tall grass
She sits in the field
Covered in frost
Are it's olive green leaves
Turned yellow
Resting at her feet
The fawn are bedded
In her vee's
Nests of infants and hosts are filled
Atop sits a crow
From the shelter of the sun
Green moss grows below
The lone weeper sways...

A Lover Lost
Can you feel the reaper,
The silhouette creeper,
The grave yard wailing weeper,
Can you see him,
The ghost of memories past,
The ghoul who is here to last,
The one you held as a ballast,
Can you hear me,
The pained lover to be,
The poet lost at sea,
The bleeding heart that all but you can see.
Open your eyes....

my life a shamble
a rumble of dogs
stella and chewy's
on my watch we eat
we pee the stairs
and with bounty
windex come handy
swiffer weeper
where are those eyes
duane reade smell good in the garden
abundance of roses the cat hides
tomorrow a new day to walk P T
Bam Bam a lots of action under kantha
the growl the drool we are all fine...

Bottom's Up From Here
sometimes sad's so stinkin' easy
Whining all the weary day
Sinkin' lower with each moment
Knowing it won't go away
This hole I fell in's gettin' deeper
But I could really give a damn
There aint no way I'm just a weeper
Sads so easy as I am
Change? I know I never can
Jevva see a sadder man?
Cudda smile replace a frown?
Maybe since it is your round...

That Fear
THAT FEAR
Fear is just a illusion
It creates just a confusion,
Fear brings thought in mind
It can lead us to decline.

Year by year fear is out of gear
By the times its impossible to bear
We fear much deeper
That make us all weeper.

Why to be afraid of fear?
Just try it neat and clear
Promise not to fear hereby
Face every failure and retry....

What Is a Poet
What is a Poet?

A singer of songs, a caller of warnings;
A crier of tears, a laugher, a weeper.
Lover of life; of nature, of God;
One set apart; scoffed at and shunned.
Sufferer of numberless maladies.
A poet spreads his soul;
Rampant over white paper;

To be wondered at and mocked.
To incite passion, tears, and smiles.

To expound truth and create beauty....

The grass is green
The sky is blue
Roses are red
This is all true

But then one day
While looking for my soul
I looked up high
The sky was so dull

The trees swing low
Water no longer shimmers
The boats don't float
Colours get dimmer

Days get darker
Cuts get deeper
I scream for help
They call me the weeper

I go to sleep
Carrying my sorrow
Tossing and turn
Hoping it's better tomorrow...

Scars upon the heart grow deeper With every loved one taken from me So lonely as the weary weeper I have learned acceptance frees me to make my peace with destiny Some tears will wash away the pain along the footpaths I have climbed I will persevere and then regain a willingness to re-design my attitude, and cherish time
