Home

life is a long road
no one should have
to walk it alone
so take my hand

rough spots
and lead you home

Life

So confusing and
complecated
             moving slowly
          like a little tortoise
           but with patience
      we would walk it
through

Ben the Bellman

He was hung like Big Ben’s bell
From his walk, it was evident, you could tell
They would clang a chime
As he sang out a rhyme
The weight threw him off a bridge and was killed with a yell

Winding Road

Winding Road

By Nathan Hannen

A winding road of many ways
You come to walk it on many days
As you walk your mind is at ease
Just you and your thoughts and the gentle breeze

The End.

The Collector

Take me there,

walk it upstairs,

do it anyways,
ignore the plains,

you've been there before-
within a walk or a gaze,

it's sin to return these ways,

so heed the fault,
build and then praise.

Every Move Counts

BeActive
A new directive
Every move counts
WHO sounds
To walk it works
To run,jump to stay
Don’t lay,don’t delay
Play and pray
Play to live
To pray to live
The slogan
Getting every move is counted
Forgetting days are counted

Wasted Things

A pile of raked leaves
no child to jump into them

A pet
no one to play with

An elderly couple
no one to give to

A house
that is not a home

An apple tree
no one to eat its fruit

A secluded path in an autumn’s woods
no lovers to walk it

M.K. Morgan

Cold marble stone erected in rows
That and my memories is all I have left of your prescence.
Memory recalls the good times and funny man you could be.
Violent temper you knew to walk it off.

(Sung)I L-O-V-E somebody. My grandbaby of all the grandbabies,
Tootsie girl!

For Ninow! See you on the other side!

Happy New Year!

It’s that time of year again my friends
When maudlin thoughts do thrive
A look upon the year that past
Some thankful they survived
Regardless of the years events
The New Year brings new miles
So greet it, walk it strong my friends
Defeat past years with smiles

May all New Year’s wishes and dreams unfold in the light of reality for all!!

Evergreen

Evergreen

There will be one last word
I will say it to you

There will be one last sunrise
We will watch it together

There will be one last road
We will walk it together

There will be one last meal
We will share it together

There will be one last drink
We will toast it together

There will be one last breath
I will take it with you by my side

Insect Part One

Insect Part One

My insect has 3 body parts, 6 appendages
It is no pretender in its warrior walk
Scale like armor ready to embark on an adventure
I place a collar on it
Walk it in the park
I refuse to pick up after it
Since we’re talking about an insect here
It is clearly independent
And has six legs…to run away

You Are Amazing

Your eyes shine dazzles the stars
Your face's glow, blinds the moon
Your hairs fall perfectly straight
Your waist loses the stags
Your walk, it increases your fans
Girls, they follow your fashion
You are amazing in every way
I tell you, I tell you everyday
World laugh with your laughter
Your sadness makes the world sad
And my dear you are my whole world
Imran want to live just with your hold

Premium Member Think In Feelings Love and Peace

Grab it. Nab it. Hug it quick.
Walk it. Talk it. Squawk it thick.
Enjoy each other every day
If you want true love to stay

Leave it. Loosen it. Walk away.
Think not in pink or green or gray.
Think in feelings- love and peace.
So your heart will never crease.

Grab it. Nab it. Hug it quick.
Embrace your bliss with a fast click.
Find the one who makes you smile.
You will skip and sing at each life mile.

Earths Dust

Earths dust

I think of the rivers I have crossed
I have my love and learnt of the people I have lost
I sit here still blinded but I see the beauty of the cost
I am no hypocrite as I stand I am a man dirty who has washed
A wall of inhumanity I have crumbled in my hands and crushed
I have seen generosity to make me cry and angels watched as the world quietly hushed
The road ahead is my goal and to walk it I will eventually turn to Earths dust.

I'll Walk With You

On the Fairway Street
Covered with pine trees
I want to walk with you
Underneath this dark clouds
I have my umbrella with me
In case it rain we are covered
Don't fear if darkness gets in
I'll be your light to guide you
Just hold my hands to get courage
Just be near to me I'll hold you tight
How far our walk it will be synchronized
How far we go I'll be there for you
How far our life we lead I'll go with you
Till we get old I'll walk with you.

Premium Member Wishes

I wish for you
warm happy thoughts
soft peaceful nights
kind lessons taught.
I hope that love
runs straight and true
but if it curves
you’ll walk it through.
Hold to your breast
fond memories
tranquil bonds of bliss
serenity.
When if your eyes
cloud up with tears
know that the Lord
will chase your fears.
Don’t let your smile
be doused by hate
throw it behind
won’t cross the Gate.

My wish for you
is that you see
a cherished life
is yours to be.

Splinters

The splinters of our marrow has come,
Shivering thunder of a lengthy spray,
Warmth beautifies our essence,
The glittering ray sends goose, our spines
Whenever she comes, nostalgia drums
The lily borne sepulchre ; it's beauty I ponder
The goozy feelings ; my road alone
This journey, tiresome,
I be glad to walk it home
Come forth hither, d beauty of our land
The hollow tremble, my belly grumble
For its angels are generous in vision.
A journey, I delight thee.

Mind, Body, Soul

Thought is a given

Right and wrong are choices we must decide

Wisdom instead of Ignorance

Peace of mind brings happiness

What we eat is who we are and choose to be

Run, walk, it should not matter - it all counts in the end

So many choices; yoga, self improvement, it's all good

Look in the mirror - what do you see

Decisions, decisions, don't put it off - now is the time

Our bodies deserve better

Deep inside our Soul beckons for more

What shall you do

Hand In Hand

Fifty years, has it been so long?
It seems only yesterday
My blushing bride walked down the aisle
To give her heart away.

Freely did she give it
And gladly I received,
Then hand in hand down life's path
To walk it as we pleased.

Life has been good to you and me,
Though sometimes touched with sorrow,
But hand in hand we always knew
We could always face tomorrow.

I am content to walk with you
Until the very end,
My darling wife, my lover dear,
But most of all my friend.

The Moment I Live For

rough night
no sleep
the thoughts
they never rest

turns into a

rough day
no peace
walk it off
no time for this

and it's a

hard life
full of grief
pain
a struggle

and it's worth it

for that one moment
a single second of the day
it doesn't get any better
than that time

when

her face lights up
a fire
in those eyes
ablaze

in that moment

she smiles
and laughs aloud

if only
she did so
much
more often

every second
I live
to make her
smile...
