Lightning and thunder,
Vortex swirls above my head.
I cannot hear you.
Cesspool of unfaltering Love,
Vortex of eternal Hope.
Vanquisher of false ego;
Labyrinth of opportunities for growth.
Disintegrating
Birthing new life within death
Completing vortex

twisted, turning, spinning round
vortex, darkness does surround
no light left to find my path
no way forward
no way back
Haunted by thoughts of darkness
Vortex sucking me into sea
Sharks wating, grinning
See light above?
Recieve power, overcome
Form:
Pulling me in hard,
intoxicating darkness;
Force of gravity,
sucked into your deep vortex;
I’m not leaving your black hole.
Every moment I
spent by your side was a sweet
vortex; a purifier
immersion, a teal
blue and emerald rapture.
A beautiful vertigo.
Emotions become scent, tranced in a complex field of context, tranfixed in a vortex of past content, is the potent potion of hypnotic content.

Love unseen and binded
Over me you collided
Sifting in the vortex
Taking life as it is—a mess
hov’ring shroud of clouds
only God can prune a storm
levitate vortex
angels release petrichor
hanging sheets…mothballing hail
The arctic
a wet dog
shaking off the cold
Winter
a feral dog
won’t do what it’s told
The b*tch is
it’s happening
exactly as foretold

How the world
should be
and isn’t
My choices
could
but don’t
What maybe
might
tomorrow voids
The spinning
vortex
—won’t
(Dreamsleep: December, 2023)
Let it suck you in
Just like you breathing in air
Let it absorb you
Like plant roots absorb water
Be sucked in too deep by love

turbulence and flurry arrived in heat of the afternoon
sky turned bonfire berserk in reds, oranges and yellows
a frenzied vortex disturbed every fiber of our being
end of days?
"Love, a vortex of emotions... from there few come out"

Surrounded by friends I never met
I suffocate
In the vortex of my own distress
Desires unfulfilled
Memories burned... and broken quill
The last page of the book, empty
As am I
Whirlpool
opposing current
tides swirling downdraft vortex
blown canvas of glass

Mighty Typhoon
Such turbulent storm
The incessant winds
so powerful
No correct path
Force of Nature
Destruction always

I want an halo on my head as I disappear in the vortex of eternity
eating my soup from a bowl given to me by a departed soul I wonder
not afraid just curious I leave a clean plate behind me
Life is a vortex of pain,
Coiling into the abyss.
To never kill the spirit,
But to cause grief infinite.
Yet with death pain abated,
My mind cleared of all its woe,
I shall rest six feet below.
Do not whisper poetry,
if so, it will turn into the
dust of wind lost forever
in the vortex of words
begging to be heard
as a last plea before
drowning into the depths
of eternal nothingness.
Luckless vessel plucked from the surface;
sucked into uncharted fathoms.
Relentless, roiling vortex
consumes all evidence.
Sated, exhausted,
swirling eddy
dissipates.
All is
calm.
a blackness now looms
funnelled vortex shows anger
nearer, we now wait
daylight to night-time
shadows of spewing debris
devastation rules
aftermath now in view
nuclear surround springs to mind
regeneration
When we spin, we win
of the positive blend
be careful of sow
becomes the debt we owe
love may seek it's lost
no matter the cost
owe no man
but love, the plan
To see God'''
is not by eyes of sod
As I Walk in confusion
intense emotions overwhelm
immersed, drowning in a vortex
of treasured memories
life steals away my breath
crushed by the weight
of harsh reality.
I cannot breathe
without you.
