Morbidity is against all oddity

Or no women of virginity

Down in the red light square

Such a lady so fair

Is quite rare in this vicinity

Them

Time passes without bound
No questions whence they are near
Realize not
What is traversing

When in the vicinity
They are
Time knows no bound
Passes without question

The Laburnum Tree

In my vicinity ,
there is a garden so green.
In the middle of which
lies a laburnum tree.
Stand underneath and witness
the beautiful silhouette,
When the sun glows
warm with brighter
sheen.

Trump Produce Much Fear

Trump Produce Much Fear

Fire and fury will produce much fear,
In vicinity of hell or you may be near;
Remember of course;
Fury was a fine horse;
Be careful if Trump is a sloppy skier.

Countless surfers engulf the sea

Such Darkness There

Such darkness there
You find yourself in solitude
Who are you to disrespect your mother?
And be so impolite and rude
Your demeanor must change
If you are going to get somewhere in life
Or else, the clouds will remain in the vicinity
Filled with corruption and strife

Flowers

Blissfully unaware of the DANGER in the GARDEN
Flowers bloomed, blossomed and burgeoned the big way
But in vicinity of mankind, there is no leeway
Public in Park Picked, Plucked, Pulverizing Plethora of Petals.

For 4 lines - Poetry Contest by Silent One

Simple Life

At the moment,
I live a life full of comforts.
A life that I never dreamt of.
I gain spot and glare in publicity.
Liesures are just in my vicinity.
But at the end of the day,
I can’t stop but look back on the good old days.
The life that I really hope for,
To live a simple life and be happy.
Form:

Solitude.

Fight all we must.
Keep shackles away
Even from the vicinity
Of where our minds may stray.

Counter if you must
Resist what's innate
For what meets the eye
Is just another bait.

Preposterous are these bonds
For they bind no more than lies
Prudence rests with those
Who let solitude suffice.

Countdown To Ground Zero

(in reference to 9/11)

Over Manhattan arose quite an alarm
When al-Quaeda on AMERICA dropped its bomb
Causing to the surrounding Vicinity, much harm
While awakening Old Glory from her Usual calm
With Us, having to say, for Our Citizens, the 23rd Psalm
It was, by far, the worse Massacre, since Vietnam
Form: Elegy

Ethics

I presumed I perceived an abysmal sigh
The last time I called on my mother's sepulcher
She was though in agreeable amity thereby
Wallowing in God's vicinity and altar

No sooner had I my eyes sealed
She cropped up and resolved the zephyr
Annotating the decencies we've alas spoiled
Ascribe their soul tumult and sever.

Premium Member In Lion Mode

When he was in his lion mode
the pride left the vicinity as he would stalk.
Giving him as much space as any
irritated daddy lion would need they would boast.
Sometimes his wives could tell by his body language
it was time to take the cubs for a walk
He was a lion of few words,
but frankly, he communicated better than most.

Dreams of Vicinity

Fireworks, Inside and out, Happy faces on streets, Hugging, Kissing, Playing, Dancing, in glee.. The little monster who jailed us, who dug graves of loved ones, The King of rift, Lay dead.

He Sowed Seeds

He relentlessly sowed seeds
Everyone laughed at his deeds
Now that place is a forest
Home to exquisite birds and their nest

Everyone plucks the fruits for free
No one in its vicinity goes hungry
Crops flourish, rain abounds
No famines, no floods in surrounds

Air is fresh, all are healthy
For in wisdom one person was wealthy

Artificial Iland

The artificial islet

There is an island in the sea
ten feet deep it has a mountain to
of baby diapers which fertilise
the layers of sand blown by the wind.
Some birds lay eggs there
the hatchlings have plastic wings
but cannot fly.
This island is man creation and has
no worth other than a warning for
for shipping in the vicinity.
