Prey/ Preys
Below:
Vertiginous
fish, foraging for flies
that hover above the water
level.

Above:
An eager eye

Life
What, if not
meaningful thought
purposeful action,

random action,
vertiginous memory,
atonal music,
Stygian despair.

only light
merely darkness
only everything
merely nothing

Unbent string and fine ornaments sunk. Unwound hate and pearls ferment. 10/19/2020 Contest: Impressions Sponsor: Nette OnClaud Visual #1 *to work up (as into a state of agitation)
