Life
What, if not
meaningful thought
purposeful action,
calibrated memory,
diatonic music,
enlightened love,
defines an auspicious life?
Thought without meaning,
random action,
vertiginous memory,
atonal music,
Stygian despair.
Triumphant Life:
only success
merely failure
only light
merely darkness
only everything
merely nothing
