Adam
all beasts came down,
every friend greeted him.
inside juice kegs lay
mounds nourished others...
people quietly roamed
seeking treasures undisturbed
valuing weathered xeriscapes –
your zoo...

Love
Letting go of everything you think you know
Opening windows to the depths of your mind and soul
Valuing one another in every imaginable way
Entrusting someone with the key to your heart
Love is you and me...

Survive
Struggling to stay alive.
Uncertain of what happens next.
Running from the inevitable.
Valuing every second more than the last.
Instinct controls your every move.
Visions of doom flood your mind.
Elusion seems futile....

Appreciation
whispering wind breathes
melancholy grace, serene
flowing thankfulness
snow falls, silent on wild trees
valuing the murky sky

Love Letters
Liking you; is hard to do,
Over thrown by the feelings I have,
Valuing every day together,
Every chance to be near you,
Love is pain;
Enriching my life,
Too soon for wedding bells,
Too close to saying LOVE,
Every kiss from you,
Rips my heart a little more,
Scared to feel my love for you....

Salvation - Ap
Alive because Christ died
Eternally faithful
Grace, hope in Jesus
Keeping love moving nigh
Offering promises
Quivering remorse, salvation
Trusting, understanding, valuing

Save More
Stashing away is my resolution
and extra thousand or two
valuing each paycheck that I
earn, saving for a time when work is through.
Mutual funds, IRA’s, annuities
options for saving everywhere.
Retirement will be wonderful
especially with plenty money there.

Service To My Country
Symbolizing her beliefs
Exemplifying her brilliance
Raising her flag
Valuing her triumphs
Instilling her values
Conquering her enemies
Ensuring her success
Tasting her victories
Overcoming her critics
Minding her shores
Yelling her beauty
Complimenting her abilities
Obstructing her challengers
Understanding her intelligence
Nestling her truths
Trusting her leadership
Realizing her splendor
Yearning her CONTINUED success....

God Is Color Blind
God Is Color Blind
Written: by Miracle Man

Jesus died on the cross showing His love for each,
like Him, we can love the person but hate the sin.
Showing brotherly love should become our outreach,
lets stop judging people by pigment of their skin.
Social justice begins with valuing the masses,
not influenced by ethnic or cultural ties.
As people, we must learn to respect all classes,
failure to do so will surely bring our demise.

Squandering Warm Days
I shiver uncomfortably in this freezing tundra
Marveling at all the warm days I squandered
Totally wasted, not valuing them at all
For their warm sunshine and their pretty flowers
Days in June, July, August, and September.
If I had back just one of these days would I squander it?
Or would I appreciate her? Would I be wise enough
To sit in the sun and bask in her hours?
Or would I waste her, taking her for granted,
Forgetting there are months of this freezing tundra?...
