Opportunity Lost

Happiness Exciting, respecting, valuing, Dreams of a lasting and satisfying love Until the day, distracted he crossed a lonely street, Unexpected mad driver hit my love and Mangled he slowly died. Nightmare.
Just a scribble. Not exactly a diamante. My apologies.

A transition change from top to bottom. Those nightmares do rune your emotions and sometimes speed up the heart.

That's terrible Victor. Anyway, your love poems are unbelievable, even the tragic ones.

Whoa!! Creative and very unexpected ending. Here recently a woman up in the big city of Atlanta was hit by a car on what we call an expressway and when she fell onto the road then of course she was hit by several cars before someone finally stopped and got help but totally too late for her. I was wondering why in the world was she out there anyway. I enjoyed reading this one, Sara K

One can imagine how painful it’d be to lose a love in a tragic accident such as this. A fine scribble Victor… Beryl

Actually I lost a love of my life in a similar manner. One is never the same afterwards. Death by proxy. Well said, Victor. If this is an actual tragedy in your life, heaven forbid, but you are not alone in your hurt. There are many, I would image, of us out here. One never knows. Blessings my friend.

What a moving and soulful shape poem that flows from happiness to nightmares, the slow and creative change of words, is what stands out in this! Its so sad when somethings fade and death is never easy. Great powerful scribble from you! Pleasure reading this! Sending you light

Sad. It happens in life. Love is a gift, sometimes for a short time, but giving to another.

Dreams get shattered when we face with an accident. Careless driving and road rage can destroy many lives. Our fate can take a twist anytime. Well written short poem, dear Victor.

Sadly the sort of thing that's all too common, drink and drugs are the main cause in many cases. Enjoy your weekend. Tom

It is too bad if diamente is not a form listed in submissions. This is a really good one.

My diamante is incorrect, so I changed it to "shape". Hugs.
