Luck

If you drop a brick on your toe
It’s regarded as luck
But it hurts like F—K
I would rather be unlucky so

Unlucky Peter Mcgraw

Here rests unlucky Peter Mcgraw
He was struck down dead by a meteor,
All of his life he'd had no luck,
He'd still be here, if he'd just looked up.

Bee Careful

Stop and smell the roses
but be careful
for you may get stung.

Author notes

Just a passing thought in thirteen words, seemed appropriate.

Cat

some people unlucky,
some people afraid;

some people left out
some are unmade

buring like anger
black cat comes near

bringing all of the pain all the fear

UNLUCKY 13

          My ardent ardor
                  sighed in vain.
             I left being silent.

Friday the 13th

One Friday morning
I looked at the calendar
It showed the number 13
In the afternoon
I drank 13 bottles of beer
I fell on the floor
And broke my head
And the day was unlucky

nurturing like feeding a cat out of your palm.
Sometimes unfortunate, sometimes unlucky.
twisted fate crawls and switches off the light.

Heart Into Art

All the tales I must write
For the unlucky ones who can't get the words right,
I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to halt once I start
Metamorphosing their hearts and mine into art.

UNLUCKY

The past years with you
Were incredible the still echo.
I couldn't think of more joy ever,
You were my life of color.
I'm blessed to have you
And I'm unlucky that I lost you.

Friday the Birthteenth

Unlucky for some
The day of my birth
Fridays of thirteenth find horror
Yet happiness surrounds me
Thirty-six years have come before
In a year where hindsight's truth
Bring longing for time restored.
