Free
Beauty unfortold.
Land unforseen.
Life unfold.
Hellish fiend.

Friend and foe
choose your path
For no one knows
one soul's wrath

Love give and take
Yet not from me.
My soul is careless
My heart is free....

re-post inspired by MRose contest

Paths of pathos, phantoms of the mind
meditations of consciousness in a sense
of the unreal.Places times and space
haunt and become perturbing enigmas
in spatial dimensions of an unforseen
waking reality...

Crossing That Bridge
Although the future is unforseen,
And at times life feels serene.
Crossing that bridge is my goal,
Achieving my goals, feeling whole.
Stable and content with all,
Confident and standing tall.
Effort, time and strength within,
Crossing That Bridge will now begin!...

Premium Member A Blank Verse Poem
A poem is never merely still born,
It has its creator's eyes, ears and nose
Yet,unique it lives a life of its own
Independent,well able to stand alone;
On others it can,influence,affect
Energise,direct or initiate
A response,unforseen and immediate
Or lie dormant,yet not dead,but waiting;
Watered by another's mutual bond...

The Fall
I don't really intend on hurting you
with these words I throw.
It's just a pastime you see...

maybe you hurt me
in some unforseen way-
maybe I just want to see
how far I can push you...

Lean out a little.
It's not so far down.
Besides,
you're so brave
and so utterly
resilient.
Could you ever really imagine

Unforseen Tendencies
I'm tired, yet still wide awake
Thinking about how all we had was dull and fake
I stood there and saw you kissing her
everything has become a heavy blur
I could tell in your eyes that's all it took
she got your heart with just a look
I don't know why i even try
all you do is make me cry
all you do is break me down, but you've made me see
there's no way in hell we were meant to be...

Solace
The bright tint,
Of the beaming sun,
Recklessly, hapazardly,
Settling, scattering itself,
Through the bounty of nature,
The thick deep dark woods,
Furnishing the brutes,
The Brookes,
With eternal Sunbeam,
And solace;
The minute lithics and mighty beasts,
Laying in the Haven,
In sheer consolation,
Fearless,
Unconscious,
Heedless,
To even fathom life's unforseen perpetual occurances...

Secrets
We must be careful when exploring the places we have tried to keep hidden. For
once we open the door to those unrevealed places, we don't know what
unforseen thing lies behind it. The secrets that we bury will return to us at a
speed that we cannot stop. When we decide to uncover that which is repressed,
we must bear the burden that comes along with such. We must carry the
responsibility of what we discover....

It Was Real For Me
One minute I was convinced
we were definitely in love
In haste we fell...
Yet you dropped me just as fast
You didn't even think before
breaking my heart
It was over in an instant
Trauma was your parting gift
And with how quick you dipped
I'm convinced...
you didn't cry for me
I'm convinced...
you didn't feel a thing
This unforseen plot twist
derailed my dreams
And it oh how I began to bleed...
My heart screamed in agony
because it was real for me...

Touches Me
Touches Me

By Nathan Hannen

I have tried to reach her, But I can't grasp her flailing hand
The continuation of music from the unseen band
The contrast between desert, Sea, And rock, And land
Or those things that touch you, Unforseen and unplanned

A miracle in time, But I can't see her face
Shadowy doubts leap and bound, And leave no trace
The difference is the same, But no winner in this race
I can't see you in my heart, In this confusing place

The End...
