rise
above
the ashes
with burns not scars
like the phoenix, soar
over the ruin
as you heal
conquer
rise
You can't run away from the ashes
—as their memory burns from within
(June, 2020: University Of Pennsylvania Hospital)
Slowed down to catch a falling star...
It burned a hole in my heart
leaving the ashes in the pot
at the end of the rainbow.
My wasted heart on loving you
Risen from the ashes anew
All sorrow gone
For now we are one .

Heart dwells in fire,
A rain of words approaches it,
Shallowness ignites despair,
The wind of shadows
Blows away the ashes.
love is the flame
that
wants to
consume my heart
when
love is to blame
and
the
Phoenix shall rise up again
from
the ashes
Remember
not Mariupol
as the end
but the birth
of a great nation, which will
rise from the ashes.

Here lie the ashes of Freddie Croaker
He’d always been a lifelong smoker!

Tis the ashes of a boy,
of who was born too early.
Tis the boy who lived an hour;
so small and helpless.
In God he will survive.
Form:
I found the perfect garden spot
To spread the ashes of my heart
All in hopes that it would grow
Rows and rows of forget-me-nots
Raking, through the ashes
Shivers rolling up my spine,
Knowing, some similar day
These embers will be mine.

Spring marks no return
to life from sleep, no rebirth
of something long dead...
but here rises a new hope
from the ashes of the world.
i found the perfect garden spot
to spread the ashes of my heart
all in the hopes that it would grow
rows and rows of forget-me-nots
Burn
Burn
Burn
Until the winds turn
Or the rains come
And hope returns
And rising out of the ashes
Ravens morph into Pheonix
the ashes stayed back from big fires
Neron burns Rome without mercy
what in love does to his loved ones
when he was get mad all of a sudden
Cause & Effect
The tongue is a fire I have been burned by it's words.
I arose from the ashes and flew like a bird.
peacemaker held off,
let them fight, that's what kids do.
I'll back the winner,
demand a truce, when it's done.
peace will rise from the ashes
.....broken cities
arise from the ashes of
broken families
arise from the ashes of
broken cities
arise from the ashes of
broken families.....
Why does this hurt?
Love should be good
Don't burn us down
And dance through the ashes
Of our terror
Of our blight
When once this love was good
Form:
Ashes to ashes,
flutter down,
scatter me
upon the ground.
Lye there helpless
so that you step on me
and I'll just stay down
in the ashes of me.
before
we die
we
learn
how
to cry
and
rise from the ashes
like the Phoenix
then
we
can fly
as
free
as
the
southern wind
and
believe again
Holding it right so the ashes are what my hand misses.
Blowing the cigarette out like I am blowing kisses.
As always daydreaming all about my impossible wishes.
Since leaving
from the ashes of me,
I'm a believer of this
life I'm living...
I feel so satisfied
that I'm getting used to
to be in that way, full, complete...!
As long as the ashes of our old dying romance burn,
I keep inhaling what is left of what it is I yearn.
As long as he is still around, there is still more from him to learn.
I have always been a fire starter
burning the unnecessary
to mingle with the ashes;
I do not stir the pot
just toss out excess;
Incinerate
all the fluff
in my
path. p
