Surging forward
like ocean swells,
the frog happily hopped
gingerly along its way.
Like stoppable shores,
deep and deeper holes awaited him.
if you run away
from youth
unsafe you are
at 60 it will be there
waiting for you
to spoon-feed her
till stomach swells
at times with imagery

still, the salt stings
Your moon
clings to my window
