rainbows
harken farewell
daylight summons closure
stillness echoes final triumph's
magic!
Biden went to the Middle East
For a cous-cous sheep-eyeball feast
Relations were strained
Raisi explained,
"That Red button summons a priest"
Summons
drowsing, most coyly,
just beneath a placid mind
yearning, stirs a soul,
tearing it from all content
siren from afar…Petra calls.
With lethal liquid in the syringe
As he approached his aged, mangy dog
Lying still n’ waiting summons, it wagged its tail
A sweet zephyr from the east;
Deep, long breaths usher a song of peace.
The cooling scarlet sun summons eventide;
This still moment is where serenity resides.
May summons summer season, The sun is sunny, People go mighty mountains
The wild rose expresses the essence of life and beauty
a sweet blossom atop thorny stems with roots entirely her own
the fragrant lure summons as honey bee makes its approach

Morning Summons
By: Noel N. Villarosa
God’s morning summons
Placid sea and dawning sun
A walk in the sand
5th Place to Raul Moreno's Seascapes Contest: 2/28/2010
written 12 feet high
words i remember well
when i cast my words back
i was just a child
a glint in my fathers eye
across the sands of time
I am now part man
obey fortitude
a summons to recall
Thy presence summons by my yearning love,
Peacefulness invited in, welcoming salvation,
Enlightenment of the presence of the Lord above.
Enrapture faint breath and sigh deep emotion.

The month of May summons spring, May flowers bring May showers, May laughs in flowers.
She is the fountain of lust and of love
She bathes me in the most potent sea,
Opens her butterfly thighs
Wraps murals of flesh around me
I am her prisoner and her predator
She summons
She tames
The beast in me

Hope You’re Hungry

Ask, hint, suggest, but never use force or threaten.
Using force with me, always summons resistance,
So like a good scout, be prepared,
To eat what you plate.
The dawn earliest spring's
bouquet of colour brings.
A white butterfly peers
at yellow angel's tears;
flutters and flies away.
A blue bugle at bay,
rains nature has inspired
summons scents so admired.

A jury duty summons
Yay! Whoopee!
Said no person every
I have received five in the last thirteen years.
Got my latest one yesterday.
Why me?
Why not? The jury duty goddess replies.
Timing is great.
First day I go back to work. Whoopee!
In the name of blade;
He summons a bloody pot.
In the name of love;
He worships a lushy lash.
Shonen was a beloved.
Swords swore the worst words,
chanting love lived in limp pride.
Yay! No more hatred.
Shonen threw it blissfully.
Uncapslock mass massacre
what is there about a fire-
like a summons calling hither
draws us ever onward-
in a lather or a dither?
what can it be-
that leads us forthright
such as millers to a porchlight?
tell me what it is-
that tantalizes,mesmerizes
what's so cool about a fire?
Form:
The Queen of Ants flies from her throne,
all in her resplendent wings.
She summons many an eager drone.
Oh, so happily she sings.
It won't be so very long before
(and I'm not joshing you or kidding)
she births a million ants or more.
Each one will do her bidding.
Blessed herbs cut cords,
Short circuit spells, cast off for
Clockwise voyages
From fire elementals
The dead receive their summons
------------
I was given the prompt of writing a tanka with these words or phrases:
elementals , blessed herb , short circuit
Bah
Light,
a celestial dancer:
pirouettes.
Bending and refracting
at the crossroads
of fantasy and reality.
Weaver
of constellations:
light summons Dawn's blush,
heralding the rise of the sun.
And darkness departs
at its behest:
yielding to Sol's will.
A heart a soul a waiting
Beating words of windstorms
A firey host leaves a voice
Warming signs giving birth
~
A mind that is wrinkled
Is fully filled with thought
Housed with years of wisdoms
Spirit summons not

The Sequel
Written: by Tom Wright
4/14/2016
God summons some late, others before their prime,
Many foolishly believe they have a plethora of time.
But each life has a sequel assigned to Heaven or Hell,
And the decision is ours on where we choose to dwell.
shadows approaching
stars are shining, mercy me
sparkling moonlit lake
a mass surrender
as pink lilies bloom lately
and I can see mars
once again I am
falling in love with the night
moonlit roses wow
though time is crawling
sweet destiny still summons
in evening shadows
Worry and pain
Wind and rain
Masks and cleaners
A porch with boxes
Movies about dreamers
Still a natural anti-depressant
Above the juicer in the cabinet
Yes wine summons but more for the heart
Dark chocolate beckons
Powders, cookies and bars
And those luscious sprinkles from the stars
drinkers from plastic
diet pepsi addicts hear
twice the micro beads
of fractal plastic
lodged in your body systems
on an average
scale of health diets
and population samples
of FOREIGN OBJECTS
in sampled people
stuff that summons class action
lawsuits for billions
stan sand
