Fireflies of Lies
Fireflies of lies souring high, where pristine truth couldn't follow nigh
Like stupid ant sorting out, sand and sugar in just a kiss
I caught fireflies amid fallen leaves, blowing for fire of truth....

River Run
Triple dribble from the clouds
Hitting rocks skyward bound
First a splash becomes a dash
Dribbling tickling mountain rock
River run souring song has begone

Contours valley floors meet as one
Beauty beast mineral feast flow
Pacing racing tracing steps
Going flowing meeting sea
River run never done no man no dam

He Loves Me
My tears are pouring,
And my heart is souring,
My heart is racing,
My body’s pacing,
I heart beating fast,
I can’t let this become the past,
I will answer tonight,
Before he’s out of sight,
I think I’m in love,
My heart is souring above,
The skies it seems,
This boy redeems,
And says he loves me,
And that he wants to be,
With me forever,
And leave me never....

Moon
She stared at the moon
With tears in her eyes
Trying so hard not to say
Goodbye

She had a knife
And was taking it to her skin
She was trying not to let the voices win

The mood had its arms wide open
And it seemed to be telling her to come
All she wanted was a hug

So one... two... three she tried to fly
Now she's souring in the sky
But she left this world
With no
Goodbye...

Empty
Empty Empty, a crushed milk carton tossed in the trash, small amounts of liquid still lingering in a far off corner at the bottom souring by the minute And as I look down into the wasteland, the photo I see, in black and white, bent and misshapen, creased through the middle as the one missing from my life… is of you Then I realize it is I who am… empty

The Bird
I am a bird
I learnt to fly

Because i had no choice
It was simply my destiny.

Fear, survival and the need to live, pushed me out my nest and carried upwards and onwards.

Souring above, so much opportunities, so much freedom.

Learning and living i am alive.
I am a bird

I have courage and i have desire,
Seeking and searching, horizons far and wide,
Beautiful wonder, mines to fly.

I am a bird...

War Go To Hell
War go to hell
war go to hell
War go to hell
Blackbirds are scouring
White birds are cowering
Our ballet of life souring
War go to hell
We have collected an empty shell
Me, Franz, Sirin, Sudha, Rachel ,Noel
We won't allow any powder smell
War go to hell
Blackbats are scouring
Our wills are towering
Our gardens are flowering
With skyward fists we do tell
War go to hell
War go to hell
War go to hell...

Our God is bountiful because

He doesn't need to fret.
Yet is it wrong to think
His Christ as ludicrous?
Did he laugh at jokes, and smile
Or sing a hearty song
And did He need to brush his teeth?
Was He not made just like us
Save for souring sin?
It is after Easter, and I have nothing yet
Though He has caught and cooked
Some fish, and that without a net.
And I am laughing with him.

Our God is bountiful because ......

I Am the Flame Dancer
I dance round a ring wreathed in flames
Leaping spinning never burning
I am the flame dancer
I spun my circles around the leaping fire
Souring as my fiery wings can take me
I dance around the sun never ceasing my flaming dance
I am the flame dancer eternally on fire
I am ever inspired to dance my way throughout eternity
I am change brilliant and unceasing
Spinning New beginnings and new endings into place as I dance with the flames...

High Off the Mountain Top
I live like a millionaire with out money
and dont know how to live off the fat of the land
without asking asking wheres the milk and honey
all i know is sunshine and getting some vitamin D
i can sing loud in the holler
with trees hiding me
our Tennessee valley is surrounded by a fish bowl moat
we are living high off the mountain without a boat
that's why our land prices is souring high
while homes in the valley are flooded with cries...

How to keep microbes from souring alcohol?
Submit them to pasteurization and kill them all!
Want your ale sweet when it is done brewing?
Destroy all the bacteria with heating and cooling!
And when your yeast is done with fermentation,
Use germ theory for vaccinations!
His work led to prevention of anthrax and rabies,
But also the whole field of stereochemistry!
Although being paralyzed probably stunk,
It was probably bearable being always drunk!...

Heaven Comes To Fight For Me
Heaven comes to fight for me louder then the enemy as they flee. Spirit flowing birds chirping, watch out now because Jesus is souring. It does not matter if you take out your weapon, you will see crowns counted to seven. Revelation of the word is still alive, and it stings are sharper then any bee in a beehive. Bow down because the king is here, their will be no more sorrow and no more fear. You will never go blind and always see that Heaven comes to fight for me....

Aye!

The joyous ocean creatures awoke
And the coward fire-breathers begun its dance

The sea of no end now draws a line
And the mighty swimmers of silence called aloud

But beneath the Captain's cabin
The brave ol' carrier now peeps

And so gone with the rudder, the hull and keel
The lone old drifter crashed its sails

But calling from afar are dreams souring high
Wicked vultures pulling them savagely down

And I behind the pen...uttered not a word...

Gail Force 9
The tide crashed more and more,
Wave after wave flew up the shore,
Fisher men where blind by the seas robust mist,
Trying to avaid the seas harsh fist,

Lightning bright and thunder so loud,
All hidden behind the giant clouds,
The sea protests to take his final breath,
As the sailors plumet to their deaths,

As the gail force 9 reached its crown,
The boisterous waves came souring down,
Weather men warn do not dare,
For you dont know what could happen out there....

Doggoned Hangover
I shake my head like a dog
that just crawled out of a pond;
 with gratified grunts I stretch,
     struggling to yawn away
          sweet seductions
                of sleep
        from groggy bottles
                  deep.

  Bone weary, dry mouth, dusty,
muscles aching, stomach souring,
 whiff of stale beer in my breath;
like an overripe banana I wilt,
     and, yeah, it surprises me
                    not
      that I feel rotten, stinking
                   a lot....
