Premium Member Rumpelstiltskin

Once there was a man called Rumpelstiltskin
Whose diet was slim so he was quite thin
Then one sad day
His legs gave way
He lost his stilts and became rumpled skin.

You Can Call Me Slim

To lose weight
Fat I hate!

Kind of slows you
Down there mate!

Get muscle; get trim
Run and jump (maybe swim?)

There's a reason for good health
Worth more than abundance of wealth!

Slim

Snarky, this one,
Never held a gun,

Yet slivers away
Each day, every way.

Lifting and clapping,
Smiles when napping.

Fortune has it,
Bite after bit.

Hitting the graze,
He kneels and prays.

Tall Slim Ladies Are Specs Most Men Attract

Tall slim ladies are specs most men attract
Claimed to look down people, heights subtract-
Appealing breast and buttocks
Hands hold not; mouth barely sucks
Without stress-- love and ego interact...

Slim Chance

A lady who longed to be slim
Spent all her spare time at the gym.
But hard as she tried
Her girth remained wide
So now she just eats to the brim.

Premium Member Bull-Ridin' Slim

There wuz once an ol' cowpuncher named Slim

Who attempted bull-ridin' on a whim

Throwed in a heap of manure

           'Twuz more'n he could endure

Thus ceased a bull-ridin' future fer him

Premium Member Slim Jim

There once a guy whose name was slim Jim
He had a best friend called little Tim
               Two peas in a pod
             Slim owned a hot rod
He wasn’t thin; hadn’t stepped foot in a gym

Slim and None

I knew a man who had no fun.
He tried and tried but never won.
His life was in a rut.
His wife had a big butt. / He din't know why or what. *
This poor guys odds were slim and none.

* Seems some thought the butt line was a bit Cr-ass. So. :) lol

Slim Chance

The Earth’s a speck of trivial mud,
Thumping with a thud
Some other planet presently,
Spattered in Time’s spacious, stellar sea.

The oceans and the rocks will splash--
The stars together smash—
And will our species splatter, too?
Or, will it escape—prevail—anew?

Slim Shady

I am confused
distant things
are within reach!
But
when grabbed
speaking or being stone silent
they will say to me:

We just look like distant things
But we are only their shades
If you want the real ones
You must

forget about easy

Inspired By a Slim Harpo Song By Ron Porter

I said I like what you're selling
but I'm not the type to pay.
I live over there?; ?the yellow door,
come see me on? "free sample day?"
She laughed and said "you're silly,
cash up front is the only way."
And down? ?the street she went.
You know what?? ?She came by anyway.
Best fi'ty dollars I Never spent.

Slim Consolations

You ought to thank your stars,
you have the fortune
of having only to pay a fortune
to lose weight,
just so your waistline
and cholesterol and gluttony
you will be able to temporarily
beat.

Somewhere, many more
are not as lucky as you are;
though they don't have
bulging fats to defeat,
they're so ill-starred
as to have the misfortune
of simply having nothing
to eat!

Premium Member Slim Pickings

A waning moon hangs
under an obsidian sky
as I walk through a
the dark scrub forest
past stumps of giants
felled long ago.

The river‘s low
few salmon in the pools
and none flounder
on the gravel banks.
Eagles and ravens
are not to be seen
though the signs say
bears have been
sighted.

Once this river sustained
an autumn feast but
now pickings
are pretty
slim.

My Slim Shape

Shape of my personality,
just like morning sun.
Filled with positive energy,
having lots of fun..

Shape of my brain,
just like afternoon sky.
Clear with bright thoughts,
hard work with regular try..

Shape of my heart,
just like evening air.
Refreshing cool calm mind,
talks ready to share..

Shape of my talks,
just like night moon.
Blessed with Natural nature,
you will know that soon..

RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW
Take your WEAPON OF CHOICE
SHO NUFF
GANGSTER
your TRIPPING
Your PRETTY FACE
IT JUST WON'T DO
CAN YOU FEEL IT
THIS IS SICK
DON'T FORGET YOUR TEETH
DARE you DROP THE HATE
DON'T YOU AGREE ?
BLOOD SPLASHING
NEVER SO BIG
LIGHTS OUT
PUSH AND SHOVE
this PSYCHOPATH
No more CONVERSATIONS
No more CRAZY TALK
YOU'LL BE TAKEN CARE OF
LIGHTS OUT a LONG TIME
You are just THE JOKER
While i am the BIRD OF PREY

Love Got No Slim

As in the days
Took of the richter scale
As it measured the quake of waves
Through the conundrum
That I never swear,
In the light of optimism
Forgot not to mention,
The love you see
I break the take of ocean
To rip into the pieces of
Joys and sorrows
To reunite into the fabric of
The game that we gonna enter
Swear my eyes to solace in love
For the mission never ending
And close my eyes resting in the supreme
Taking the leap of faith.

Slim Pickings

In addition to indigenous peoples of the Americas known as Native Americans the country of U.S.A. is populated by those from far away other lands but now there are many in the U.S. living illegally on borrowed time as the Governement wants to deport them all for an untried unproven crime and if they do so then who will pick all the fruit and vegetable crops when they are gone back to where they're from as that's where the dollar stops

Premium Member There Goes Old Slim

gorillas' power long past noon
makes sun smile in the afternoon
I am swinging from limb to limb
creatures running nickname me Slim

I am the best that I have ever been
The gorilla gives me a thumbs up win
My short arms reach up for another limb
Oh no! One yells. There goes old Slim.

I fall toward my death, breaking at least one bone.
I cannot call for help, I lost my I-phone.
The gorillas snicker, and run back home.
Leaving me in a position, distorted and prone.

Slim Pickings

Went with the kids to the blueberry farm,
Everyone ready to pick.
Armed with a bucket, we wandered the rows
But somehow our luck ran out quick.

For nary a berry on nary a bush,
Except some real tiny and tart.
The kids pulled a few, they went plunk in the pail;
We were off to a not-so-great start.

The season is ending this weekend, we heard;
I guess that explains our dumb luck.
We'll settle for strawberries that, in the store,
We managed, when shopping, to pluck.
