God within
shares our joy
feels our pain
ego’s hiss
is the veil
that blocks light
just know this
we are he
who we seek

simple truth
we are
painting with light
red blue green

a little bit of indigo
even though

are painting with words
such

I searched long and deep my heart
All I could come up with is this simple truth
I love you, just because
No fancy pants is I
Nor do l try
No airs and graces
No two faces
No academic nor scholar
No white collar
Simply just me
Writing heart poetry
That's it..!
Simply
Immediately
Whatever the
Appearance..
No-separation
That's it..!

There is an age-old simple truth about giving and receiving…
which works in any setting:
Always give without remembering….
And always receive without forgetting.
As I lay in the dark on a blow up mattress
Listening to rain pound on the tin roof
In house thats in renovation mode
I am at peace hearing natures simple truth
Lies and truth
A lie does not become true, because of prolific repetition,
or simply because it is sincerely believed!

We dance the dance of pretence
As we humans are conditioned to do
If only we could honestly and respectfully say without fear of offence
‘l simply don’t like you’
Certain, certain be when a heart is breaking,
banish doubt and conquer the simple truth: that
love does not defer to the circumstantial
(nor to my logic)
Kings ask of wise men while
Kids can see simple truth
Kensho shows suddenly
Keeping students up late
Knocking loudly the door
Knowledge comes in silence
Kindness will answer all
May we be blessed to remember this simple truth
as each day each life unfolds….
Old people deserve the love and respect of the young…
and young people deserve the love and respect of the old.
we are soul; not this mind-body
we’re not entity, thoughts shoddy
one with God, we are eternal
living proof of His miracle
truth known when love we embody

There is an ease when l am with you
The way it should be
Never an awkward silence
Just a realness and honesty
No judgements made
You accept me completely
I am me and you are you
Just as love should be ….
May we be blessed to understand…
This simple truth…about family….
that many parents have learned along the way:
If we want to be in our children’s memories tomorrow
we need to be in their lives today.
Walk beyond
no boundaries bind you,
Your limits lie
within yourself.
Faith and love
will light the darkness,

Most people are easily bent out of shape
Like Paperclips
Because they can't hold it together
Like Paperclips
My words are weapons so I lock & load
My Paper Clips
I bet your two cents is worth less
Than a Paperclip
Simple truth strong health advice.' Check out This body.'it strives against medical vice.'
Against oligarchy.. Tangled with quackery; so rife.!
Just do your due dilligence, before joining' Is my only considered advice.!
Imagine life within a realm
Of magical mystery
Where dreams are not occurrences
But real in all their favor
Nothing passes unobserved
Or felt, though unexplained
A simple truth belies itself
And life the greater gained
Why do I worry so?
Is it my mind that punishes me as soul?
Why can’t I realize and simply live
Do I have to be a do-gooder and forever give?
I want the whole world to grasp the simple truth
That everyone is soul
But they need proof
Truth,
if one knows it, is in reality simple,
very simple, I might add,
however,
it gets complicated
when...
someone who ignores it, desperately
tries to prove, that...
he doesn't!

it's high time to be humble.
This virus, Mr. President, now directs your fate.
Recognize this simple truth before it is too late,
and should it grant you vigor to complete whatever task,
before you set about it, please, please, put on a mask.
