Psychotic Nature Unveiled

Buried deep in psychosis it rotted
All the while it schemed and it plotted
   When faced with the truth
   Its responses uncouth
The nature of it had been spotted

Premium Member Where Schemed Lithe Runners

in
reluctant
teardrops
plop
visions
of my field
of dreams
a bloody
track
of cinders
where
schemed
lithe
runners
to box me in
and ere
i fell
this
lonely race
become
my requiem

Fault Line

Clothed in fraud,
his disguise supreme

Frightening listeners,
confusion schemed

His world inside,
a caldera waits

Armageddon trembling
—the hour late

Your Bed

I kissed your face, a warm embrace, you led me to your bed.
No words were needed, our doubts unheeded, our destiny you said.
How long I dreamed, how long I schemed, just thinking of this minute,
Your loving bed, where you rest your head, and now I'm lying in it.

Another One

all gazing there up,
't was time to drop.
the cloud shift'd beautifully.
excit'd by the show,
our boys did ignore
the lazy lark wittingly.

while larks larked festive,
Ben waxed real sportive,
n'saw no trees shaking nearby.
a vulture schemed wise,
afloat their reverse,
the Choco won a goodbye.

On Viewing Pike's Peak

Take a hike, Zebulon Pike
Lofty spires sublimely inspires
Twisted pines, ties that bind
Gnarled roots, leather boots
Boulders cover, birds hover
Desperate schemed, pleasant dreams
Lofty grndeur, glad I'm here
Rusted rock, nature's walk
Talking hawks, gawking flocks
Drink your fill, eternities still

A Creep

She broke my heart, what can I do?
I can’t believe she fancies you.
You schemed to tear our love apart.
What can I do: she broke my heart?

She’ll see some day you’re such a creep,
And maybe then she’ll sit and weep;
But till that time, you’ll have your way.
You’re such a creep! She’ll see some day…

O! Death Stop

When indelible memories of the past,
Torment my heart and mind; I write.

When mist floats in front of the eyes,
The light comes from behind; I write.

When the men of the callous world,
Compel me to be confined; I write.

When my heart weeps wailing upon
The wise being led by the blind; I write.

When in self schemed distribution I see
The deserving limping behind; I write.

Premium Member Marionette

The marionette spun and danced to the sound
played by the weary and weathered banjo man.
She staggered with jerky leap and stuttered bound
that thrilled the children as only a doll can.
Her wish as she was thread about and around
was that she were real and her own moves could plan.
Sad were her eyes as she schemed and dreamed to know
the world outside this traveling minstrel show.

Cloudburst

A Cloudburst

Only now too clear, _ it seems…
Lifted on haunches of late morning mists
A long lost sun once pulled from blue skied dreams

Only now too clear, _ it seems…
That never known before
Past early morning’s darkened clouds had schemed

A callused heart; tracked by tears that had since run dry
Hadn’t waked me to say goodbye
I never knew that sunless day, stowed away

Havoc

Tries to be ambitious
At Least once in a lifetime to be called precious
Society taught to be cautious
Uncertainty was seemed
Everyone thought that they were schemed
Couldn’t fit in the field
Plasted with a smile
Thought to dry the nile
Of her dreams to be fine
Once in a lifetime shown a minute shine
They was nil to call mine
Her locked emotions were nine
Wanted to be loved once by luck
But was in a hidden havoc.

's'

One letter that follows,
  if added will deem

To separate the real
  from what’s referenced or schemed

“Honor from honors,
   Love from loves

“Truth from truth’s,
   and Self from selves

“God from gods,
   Time from times

“Vision from visions,
   and Life from lives”

The singular, the plural
  what is, what is not

One small trailing letter
  —true meaning leaves off

Stephanus Marcus 27

Stephanus Macus Book 1
Canto 6
Verse 1
Then Katharine spent time with James in Throme,
to ride his horses, stroll the garden rows,
to view, appreciate large stately home.
Included seen with James, King Richard foes,
but Katharine now paid no mind to those
who schemed to see that James their monarch reign.
Not caring so, for she had mind on clothes,
and diamonds bright to grace her face and gain
crowd's approbation during stay, if James should deign.

The Vain Speech of a Sadist

“Why raise this much crude alarm
Over the schemed little harm
To just chop off your left arm
Leaving your right for your farm…

Left arm coming to gross harm
Does not betray yields from farm,
Save for one with eyes on alms,
Since planning to dump farm’s palms...

Your right arm can yams harvest,
Just as it can put on vest.
No true lover would you jest
Or with tongue your patience test
For being now a one-armed man
She should leave for older stan!”

Pounding

As the knights march, further they go
they pound on the ground miles around
the other army balancing the flow
makes tremendous, horrific sounds

As swords did swing, guns were shot
they sent all lands into a shock
a hero schemed, while a villain did plot
neither knew that both would rot

The hero swung his sword
Whilst evil shot his gun
both settled their score
for at that moment two became none

The pounding stopped and all was silent
Why must peace come only after violence?

The Dreamer

I am but the dreamer, never the dream,
Yearning to shimmer like an endless blue ocean,
A cascade of stars dancing upon its gleam,
Not a mere stream, lost and forgotten.

I long to bloom as an ethereal flower,
With eight flawless petals kissed by the dawn,
A radiant stem, standing in endless power—
Yet I am but a lone leaf, with twilight withdrawn.

Desire burns within, a longing untamed,
Yet the sky denies what my soul has schemed,
For I am but the dreamer, never the dream.
