Tricked In Treating

Like a zombie at a town picnic
Scarfing brains in my room, like a shtick
My costume I offed
For I retched and coughed
Mom said, "That was the ultimate trick!"

Fruitless Cycles

retched, a stomach twisting curdle
sour, the bile that rises from malcontent
tearful, yet, tears are futile, a waste of water
understanding seems never to come or come too late
all one can do is suck it up and try to love again

Hiraeth

Home, a peaceful state of mind;
Indigestible, impossible to find;
Raging in a retched restlessness,
abstract visions, nothing tangible;
Every echo emerging swallowing me,
taking with it my overturned roots;
How can I find my way home?

The Unwise (2005)

I heard her words,
I closed my eyes,
Became so lost,
so unwise.
Opened up,
to let her in.
The space,
the sound,
the retched din.
I sunk my teeth,
I bled her dry.
Drained the tears,
watching her cry,
evapourating, she disolves.
turning tables,
to so I evolve.

Wasted

Black out-wasted on you
Destroyed and enchanted
You never see what you do
that  blood is yours

Your retched grime and dust
Slowly engulf the  heart
Carving a delicate line ..
Yet  never take  it apart

Feather kissed scars
Like a smiling warrior
You will never win the battle
I control the war

Dependancy

State of dazed and confusion
Beating heavily upon my chest
Inhaling, exhaling I welcome
The unprecedented weight of despair
Tighten around my lungs
As my esophagus becomes
Enlarged with mucus and last nights meal
Repeatedly I flex my muscles
To hold the retched stench within
Afraid of what will become
Of me if it leaves me
I now am
The dependent in this

Cerberus

A mountain of flesh was howling in singularity
                       Time was besotted with space
                          Space besotted with time
                 Hellhound of eternity and omniscience
On your face Life, death, and living were etched
In dark lair slit-eyes flashed, mother earth screamed and retched
In dark lair eggs were hatched.

All For the Cause

She sought out the secrets of the sinister circle
    diabolical, dainty dances of death
  where butterflies flutter, motorcycles v-v-r-r-o-o-o-o-o-m
and reputed regime change plays dumb

She hurled herself onto the altar of martyr's remains
    chew-'em-up-spit-'em-out sacrificial marks of cain
her grisly face decomposed ere her family knew
how she retched at what she was up to

A Sickening Thought

Isn't it crazy, to have such horrible thoughts,
Those thoughts consume your most deepest intentions.
And those intentions become so evil,
It is hard to deal with that sickening thought.
It is the retched mind of a lost one
Who defends his thoughts,
Those thoughts that contain such evil within.
What a sickening thought, to think of
When you don't realize, you think the same evil
That the intention has become

A Bird Song

Glide through the sky as the eagle

and soar past the clouds like the jay

Swim through the sea like a penguin

And splash like a duck in the bay

Hoot to the moon like an owl

For everyone now is forewarned

Yet the crows continue there chatter

And the chickens peck at there corn

A days work is done

The night time is over

And the loop is growing long

Though separate they sound retched

Together they build a song

Repugnant Shrapnel

The flood of human remains plummeting downwards. Horizon blackened, jolted from the sky. Towering waves of obscure aftermath swarm to the heavens. With a slight endeavor, kingdoms turn to squander.
Ravaging paths meet and become hordes of ailment. God’s hand has erected the retched bowels of man’s mass burials.
An avalanche of skulls,
Rain down the exhumed past of lost ancestry. Prophecies fulfilled to our graves of dispersed dead.

Dark Cloud

As the pain rolls over my heart
Like a dark cloud of despair
Pouring drops of hate unto my soul

As the hate rises to drown me in
This ocean of desperation
I look for salvation and see nothing
But the cold blackness that surround me.

With not a flicker of hope to illuminate this dark and retched cloud
That hangs over my heart which consumes it with loneliness
For that is all that can be felt in the vast void of
This Dark Cloud of Despair

Memories

Time and time again,
broken heart and shattered dreams.
My eyes start to close and,
I hear all the retched screams.

I see the twisted faces,
the hatred they hold inside.
The eyes as red as blood,
all the anger they can't hide.

The sound of the screams turns my blood,
curdled like sour milk.
The faces fall away,
drifting like a scarf of silk.

I open my eyes once more
to find it was all in my head.
These memories they torture me,
they make feel...... dead.
