A set of bad books with black pages flip
much stain recycles and stays on a clip
lives like a germ
spreads his foul sperm
making all errors more than just a slip....

A never ending task
over 4200 of them
we fire them

The secrets of eternity
change yourself
so that the universe
recycles you

Premium Member Giving Back
Growing old, like quartz and diamonds, the human being occludes.

The trials of life, leave cracks in the soul; grind the body back to dust.

All life recycles, in life after life; we all give back....

Spark Ignites
beams of hope tendered
mirror images refract
combustive spark

burning ember flames
radiant glare recycles
residual steam

intense stare refuels
bursts of energy stokes flame
sweet puffs of smoke stream

Reclamation
And so it goes
from cradle to grave
From baby’s wail
to funeral laid

We reason, ponder,
dissent, and cry
As time repeats
and years go by

Sages offer
their grand excuse
In what’s left wanting
to feed the muse

But one thing’s certain
to never change
Death recycles
— the same old game

I evacuate
sitting on a throne
of waste…

till something live
emerges – taking
inspiration, wherever
it comes from…

the writer strains

filling bowls

and wastepaper baskets

inspiration navigating
internals      and beyond

I am a Literary Proctologist
claiming from recycles

deciphering bottomless spirit scents...

Our Earth
A sad
miracle
of existence
in spite of our waste and
squander.

Our home
recycles
herself and cries
for complete renewal
and peace.

While we
reject our
first mandate to
care for and nurture all
of her.

Florida recycles Summer heat,
a slower version of a hot beat;
Fall’s still smoking;

Leaves crack and dull to brown
skipping the colors of Autumn;
Southern sky’s daunting;

September’s a soft shadow
with hollowed flames to follow;
Serotonin’s falling;

Freckled skin still a bit warm,
season has no time to transform;
Sunburn’s resurfacing....

Premium Member Souls In Stardust
'down, down, down into the darkness of the grave
gently they go, the beautiful, the tender, the kind' -
Edna St Vincent Millay

In
Vastness
We shall lie
At peace, beneath
Mountains of moonbeams
No servants or masters
Equal bells, everlasting
Shackles of suffering release
Over celestial bridges, where the
Cosmos recycles our souls in stardust.

Waters edge gator lies raccoon gets big surprise! In forest something hides bird on branch with two slit eyes... Unsuspecting no cry empty branch lump inside! Snake digesting waterside hungry croc snake inside! Swimming salmon seeking spawn searing pain bears claw! Plants decay feeding ground newborn sprouts spring abounds. Life’s cycle ever green it recycles everything. Life’s cycle circles ‘round all life feeds ground.

A Garbage Bin
Spicy smell metamorphoses
in the garbage.
The same chunk that stimulates
the taste buds
induces nausea. This is a bin
of dual relief.
As the darkness falls on the bare
reality, an arm
stretches through the hole
that nobody tries
to caulk. The stray man picks up
a gnawed chicken
leg bone, a scrape of fried mackerel,
some steamed rice
mixed with reddish yellow curry...
He recycles the
junk. Hunger can burn away
any disgust.
