Laments surrounded
Disfigurated faces
Suffering dolor
Purging for their heinous sins
In the eternal red flame

Unseen
With the falling
of the booming petals
a tale is told
that of the unseen
purging the past
usurping the present
wrecking the senses
tingling spine
love aligned
throbbing thus
third eye whirs
Guru’s grace
purging fire
nameless one
rise here now
full of light

Tricube
layer of dust
choking breath
fears and desires
veiling luminescence
purification then the way
gentling every touch
to rekindle heart’s
love and light

My body is sick
changing one way
To prepare for life
and then changing again
Relinquishing life
Purging out the remains
When once it had gathered
Hope to bear fruit
None remains
but a memory of joy
Incarnated souls, destiny's unswerving path are obliged to follow
Through purging periods of suffering and grief till rendered hallow

Purging and Submerging
By Pope, Trump's soul he had been purging
After from Democrats receiving much urging;
A desire to know,
On you did grow;
Were beyond belief so sins needed submerging.
Jim Horn
Tie it up if it can fly.
Were are not done searching.
Let labels go and we may die.
None of this talk is purging
What are deepest selves means to shout.
And we still don't know what's it's all about.
Phooey, then.
Broadcast everything.
Romantic words spill from a poet's quill
Dreams of love in mirrored reflections
An unlocked chest, confessed to a swain,
purging what was buried inside her heart.
Sonnets filled with tender emotions
and a solemn pledge of love and devotion.
Lately I've cried
tears filled up my eyes
rolling down my face
warmth from the wetness
purging the years of pain
cleansing out the grief,
now knowing I am good enough
no approval needed or points to prove
elated with joy emotional, but happy.
Righteous cleaning crusade clashes,
Make sure that your mania matches.
All must serve at our behest!
In this unbound purging quest.
Others' motives be assumed,
Adverse dispositions doomed.
Blame, demands, uncaring halts,
Justified by end results.
water tumbling down
saturating deep within
to my nucleus
purging insecurities
like a stream of liberty

I touch the heavens with the point of my pen,
And love floweth out,we need this hate to end,
Flowing on this canvas called earth,
Soaking,purging,its' bloody dirt,
Bringing back earth to its' valuable worth,
I pray that it will stay this way,
Peace and Love, each and every day,,,
combing my unkempt hair
unraveling years of not caring
my freedom knotted with reckless abandon
untangling each strand of dissatisfaction
cutting as curls fall away
each length a strand of injured time

The night falls heavy, A suffocating cloak,
Cold, and alone am I.
The light for which I pray flares once, then dies, swallowed by the abyss all hope must die.
My being craves no more.
How could I understand?
My darkest thoughts surrounding me,
Crying,
I am fallen.
We have the power to create
Thus, mindful of thought flow
Given to play, in joy gyrate
Our tranquil heart mellow
With love melding, surging
In God’s love, soul purging
With light sublime, merging
Why in fear cower
We have the power

Quietus
Like a freight train
She barrels in
And slams upon the shore
Bringing all her treasured gifts
Up from the ocean floor
Randomly choosing
she makes a deposit
As if purging her depths
Or cleaning her closet
Then passively leaves
The feisty debater
Will reclaim her trove
When she returns later
It’s purging my pain
in the darkening room of isolation
to find myself cutting the hurt out of sight.
By injecting the bitterness inside hopeless fields of pain, for
which no one can escape!
For my mind is numb from the unattainable happiness .
So Now I wish to blacken this white innocents that taunts me
Praying for the release of the beast I keep locked inside of me,
These monsters in my mind controlling everything I think,
Voices of many, whispering and chanting,
The echoes I hear cost me my sanity,
I've lost touch with the reality of humanity,
This madness, It's all in all hurting,
To stop this burden, I'm purging!
When you
step up to
the mike
How much should
you reveal?
How long should you
let the light shine on you?
Some tell all - confessional poetry
(I have heard) offers
a good soul
purging
even as dawn
approaches
we feel like
we should open
up!
But
How much to tell?
How much to ?
How much!!!!
ancient laws
of tedious wisdom
egocentric desires
of wanting flesh
neurotic minds
are you happy
limping mangose
chasing a pregnant cobra
repressions suppressions
deep seated impressions
poison could be healing
purging of the disturbed minds
are you happy
wandering in the shores of love
singing the expression of your soul

she is a conduit of love
incongruent feelings
harnessed affections
burning in orange flames
pre ordained divine consorts
dysfunctional blood lines
purging pure vesels
she is a conduit of love

The theory is
drops of water
collected on dust
What I see is
a brilliant mix
of sky and earth
The bluest blue water
the greenest green grass
the blackest black dirt
Earth rising up
ties the heavens
to the ground
Waves of energy
tumble down
purging tainted lands
The healing power
of Louisiana sky
washes the past away

Feel the awesome power
of an angry stormy ocean
fill you with both sheer
excitement and fear
stirring ones deepest emotions
Feel the purging wild wind
tussle your streaming hair
taste the fresh salty air
Feel alive
at one with nature
be inspired thrilled
and in Gods creation.

Whenever my thoughts begin to gather dust
And my stressed-out mind begins to slowly rust
I'm inclined to purge it with guided meditation
The calming effects refreshing. It begets elation
