A long-lasting sensual scent
Romantic notes soft and strong
You just can’t let go of.

Love
gnawing

to market find a carrot
sneaking home never share it
this our spaniel does
every day because
his lady friends a ferret.
I ride a leaky newspaper raft
Adrift on the linoleum
Anxiously awaiting an
An attack of smelly
squirming happiness
covered in fuzz:
Puppy love.
PUPPY LOVE for the contest
They say we're really young
For what we've gone and planned
But soon you'll grow to be my dog
and I'll grow to be your man
They said we were
"Too young"
To fall so deeply
Puppy love was the label
Upon us slowly grew
But we had something unique
And it was all ours
And It was true
From puppy love to rabid biting
My heart, on a turnstile, cannot keep up.
Where are you going? What have I done?
Anger drips down my face—
I am unable to move on.
Lick my face!! Scraaatch behind my ears....Rub my belly;0)
I want to experience puppy love!!!!!?!!!!!!
For Casarah's micro poetry contest. I hope I got it right.
Form:
If I were to write you in my heart
I would talk of the beauty
of the bees and flowers
And just like a flower loves the bee
My love for you just gives
I LOVE YOU!!!l
A doe-eyed feeling
that transforms
young boys
into men;
and young girls
into women.
Puppy love's
fueled by a
shy smile;
that offers a glimpse
of paradise.
eyes full of tears
it seemed to take forever
my first Valentine
“puppy love” spelled out
my worst Valentine mem’ry
the gift of a dog
“I Love You” pillow
forgotten Valentine
blesses me again
Romantic dreams infatuation
Holding hands adoration
Puppy love with butterflies
Smiling faces big moon eyes
Teenage crushes so divine
Smitten by St. Valentine.
8/ 3/ 2015.
Flowing from the heart
mindless of the brain
bubbling up with joy
as water from a spring
Feelings, strong and telling
when push comes to shove
this thing within, welling
performs as puppy love
Momma taught us tenderness
Poppa taught us tough
Momma cooked and cleaned our mess
Poppa earned enough.
Sisters were a cut above
Brothers were a pest
Girlfriends shared a puppy love
One pal was your best.
For Sale: Six puppies that will pee on you,
& tongue-lick your face with slobbery wet kisses.
You wouldn't wanna buy my puppies would you?
For micro poetry, ain't that sweet contest.

How could I not forgive you?
Just one look at your puppy dog eyes
Thaws the heart of this ice maiden

Our young beau just could not have known
That the lady, when young, had been shown
How to keep her demeanor
Whilst walking her wiener.
Thus balked, he walked home on his own.

Two young kindergartners kiss
holding hands on the playground
vowing lifetime together….

Treat me with love
And treat me with care,
I'll stay by your side
I'll go anywhere.
Pat my head
When I've been good,
And I'll protect
Like I should.
Feed me and walk me
And play with me too,
I'll be your friend
Reliable and true.

Sitting here mystified as to why I'm taken with you
Longing to talk to you
Like a school girls puppy love
Blossoming into a woman's love for a man
Not knowing what to expect
I fall, falling, falling, and falling
into this infinite hole
I call love.
My first crush - Donny Osmond
Puppy Love Eyes
Never over, puppy love eyes;
Pudding melting has no lies.
Eyes stand up, beg for one thing;
Without pudding, could be no offspring.
Puppy Love belted out; I melt.
I grew up and true love knelt.
Puppy love
tender hearts thump
emotions unsaid
calls for puppy love...
full of devotion
veins soaked in loyalty
affection in eyes...
waggle around
follow till eternity
best of friends...

For contest "micro poetry" by Casarah
to look at her each day I went,
saw her first when she paid me rent,
staring at her was time well spent,
……so near yet so far!
should have proposed that very day,
my dad said what I could not say,
she now loves me motherly way,
….. and yet here we are!

They are young and nieve
They watch you and want to belive
That true devotion is all it takes
But they have to learn from their mistakes
They kiss your face warm your heart
When they leave it tears your world apart
But it is all better soon as you see above
the infatuation of puppy love
Form:
You look.
I look.
I'm shy,
look down.
I wait,
look up.
You smile.
I walk.
You walk.
We touch.
I'm scared.
I run.
You run.
Catch up!
I'm caught.
I'm mad.
You laugh.
I sigh.
Slowly,
Your hand,
my face,
contact.
You speak.
Talk slow.
I cry.
Hands hold.
We sigh.
Puppy love.
