Premium Member C and V Gone Forever
C and V are gone forever
Punched too hard
Copy and Paste

Space bar holding court
Wanting a rally to protest
The heaviness of my fingers.

I slap them happily
Typing 85 words a minute
Unconcerned about their silly protest....

Premium Member I Am a Word Processor
I am a word processor the child said.
I am a wordsmith.
I am a word dealer.
I am a word player.

I smiled at the child.
She continued.
I am a word hero.
I am a word expert.

I was so amazed by her six-year-old sassy confidence
That I had no words....

Premium Member Writing Woes
Mrs. A Writer sat at her word processor for four or five solid hours

After two o’clock her neck was a mess and her writing a state of confusion

Wide neck exercises and coffee didn’t help, so she took a nice hot shower

Her best friend Carol looked at it the next day and pronounced she had a contusion....

Because Its Inspection Day 12-22-2010
deep in this morning
i the processor must clean
set aside the wants of the day
and do the musts, in every dust wiping way

rub and scrub
till its all done
and hope i have time for a little fun
before the night set in

because inspection day (12-22-2010) will be coming soon

Lucky for me
I only been here, for about four months......

A Digital Era Stage
Digital Era technology
Computer Age machinery
Lost and found
In the Information Age frown
Taking place, face to face
The desire to do, whatever, in grace
Necessary to get the praise
For speed and space
Of knowledge turnover
Required for super minded processor
Gathered and decided
To influence their devices
On computer reality communication
By transmitting information
Into a discrete numeric routine
Merry go round machine...

Critics' Limit
By George P. Lumayag
https://georgelumayag.weebly.com/

Is this my processor or a false impression?

A cable on the board smells blazing real.

Could I trouble shoot such noisy beeping,

Or is that beeping all I can hear?

Though the conscious search can be of public best,

Metaphorically configured best as “The Freeway”.

I sometimes felt that I had missed my critics' limit,

Could that be prolific on their very wrathful way?...

The Internet Age

Great, snow-flocked pines, of unimagined beauty
soar over the vagaries of on-line banking

There, among the towering clouds, and
I-pad intentions, a stillness persists,
unchanged for millennia

Alone, in my designs, carefully crafted in words
and images, I invoke meaning from faraway times,

Content to back-them-up in my word processor-

All My Friends Are Poets
All my friends are poets
and I'm glad that this is true.
I would probably give it up
if not for comments from you.

When I feel it's not worth posting
your comments say I'm wrong.
If it wasn't for your encouragement
I wouldn't last too long.

So this poem is written for all of you
and you know who you are.
I'd never find such loyal friends
if I traveled to a star.

Hey. Star travel. Can't you see it?
Load up the word processor, Ma.

Thanks to all of you...Lary...

Obscure Personages of Life
OBSCURE LIFE CHARACTERS

Hero
Your terror is palid..
fear is your greatest gesture!

Soldier
your loneliness
is greater than death...
smaller than an enigma,
a data..!

COMMANDED
The bigger the well
from the horror,
more exposed to
subordinate...

THIEF
eternal processor
of other people's gestures..
overeacting prophylaxis
poorly provided,
usurper of
compromising crumbs,,,

NOZZLE
verbose word
among deaf...
brilliant gesticulator
among blinds...!...

Premium Member Thoughts From Me Slow Down Muse
I like the challenge of a new write contest
The crisp white page inspires me
Whether flat on a desk or up on a word processor
the possibilities are fathomless
In seconds my muse is typing away
With no help or direction from me
I am amazed at what she can do without any conscious help from me
The second I think this, she stops typing and stares at me.
My mind starts trying to think.
I am angry with myself now for slowing her down.
She was doing so well without my awareness....
