Thoughts From Me Slow Down Muse

I like the challenge of a new write contest The crisp white page inspires me Whether flat on a desk or up on a word processor the possibilities are fathomless In seconds my muse is typing away With no help or direction from me I am amazed at what she can do without any conscious help from me The second I think this, she stops typing and stares at me. My mind starts trying to think. I am angry with myself now for slowing her down. She was doing so well without my awareness.
