Empty Wishin'
Increased carbon dioxide emissions
Fuel catastrophic climate premonitions
Though reductions based on volition
Are toasted with suspicion...

Squandered Poesy
Squandered inky poetic renderings
blood ensued parchment's apertures
led astray in convoluted evolution
'tween muses fiery premonitions
and starlit descending skies' envy...

Edges of a Dream
The quiet peace where webs of sleep enrapture,
in twilight thought - the precipice of dreaming.
It's there, the unmapped thresholds of conception
begin to splay within a sultry slumber
the embryos of covert premonitions......

Crazy Ramblings
Talking is exhausting.
You see, I can see the future.
So I know exactly what they are going to say.
But they’re reading my thoughts and trying to counter my premonitions.
So we always have arguments that don't make sense.
When I’m talking to myself…
I can just repeat myself over and over.
And be in limbo.
On my own terms....

Upside Down Town
The ups and downs
of an upside down town.
Evil smiles, silent frowns
every way you turn around.
Sickening suspicions,
psychic visions,
children having premonitions
on a mission.
Here to heal,
here to steal,
to show the world how to feel.
No more cutting deals.
Sent to the world
a baby girl,
but she will unfurl
to change the world......

No Escape
In dark corners of the city,
old shadows are found
In dark corners of the city,
premonitions abound
In dark corners of the city,
the doors swing one way
In dark corners of the city,
your soul becomes prey
In dark corners of the city,
where hope goes to die
In dark corners of the city
—your dreams say goodbye
(Dreamsleep: October, 2021)...

Winter Premonitions
Winter scatters moth bones.
For a while,
it refreshes the turgid and lax.
Then the chill legs of small dancers
pirouette over warm bodies.
Flesh recoils, lungs curl around
each breath.
Hedgerows offer their huddled masses,
to the underground and hidden.
The light is going color blind,
Wind-crones whip rabbit hair
into wickiups
for the newly dying....

Midnight Reaper
Planted seedlings
During the observation grave,
Premonitions of the day
In the field of mind
Planted crops of thought,
Deep into the night
To transcend the hunger aesthetic
Recollected to harvest
In solitude.
In rhythm they dance
The dates with Arabian wind
To and fro the trunks
Steadfast the pitch
Rise and fall the beat
Consolation to exist
In the journey of the mercury
Temperatures of life....

They Took Me
I wonder if I was abducted by aliens.
Because that’s the only reason I’m suddenly feeling unsettled.
They must have injected me with something that makes me sad.
I must have experienced something draining.
Maybe they took my life force?
Maybe I’m growing something new inside me?
And whatever is growing is hinting at something horrible that’s going to happen.
A new life inside me,
That gives me premonitions.
A new life inside me.
A new loneliness beside me....
