Precipice
Arizona cliffs
Above rippling waters' rush.
Floodwaters spill out.

She alone
climbs the precipice
the sword poised
above
delicious desire
torn fingers paint
the moment
colour the air
Mad!
tender of the bow…
variegated waft of heart
slowly beats faster…
precipice of violin
seizes upon the valley
Standing on the precipice
The edge of this life
The end of this path
Of this legend-less map
From the ledge, it's a sight
Take another step?
I just might
I take a dive from a precipice.
To escape my life as it is.
Deep water, deep gulp of air
on resurfacing, new life to share.
Thrilled now that I dare.

Bone chilled, numb fingers
fight to clench the precipice
in frigid, thin air
against the restless mountains
he releases his burdens.

Now we stand on the precipice.
They lie before us in their own blood and corpses
Yet while we stand victorious,
None who were there shall forget the horror of that battle.

Seasonal precipice
eErie haze, becalm water
elongating obscurity
Binded
promisingly adorned cirrus
tinged fuscia, luster
Ascending radience
captivating
Still
unnerving
a crucial detail
the key to the case
slipped the attorney’s mind
how could this happen
to him now
all by himself
on the precipice
of triumph
Yosemite
Frozen precipice.
Just around the bend…watching.
The white valley rests.
Glistened by the noonday sun.
Famous mountain waters fall.

A jaunty flutter
leaps from a precipice of air.
An ounce of bliss and fear
fixed upon a needful moment.
Common little sight,
sparrow bright,
sparrow blinking in and out.

Do you guys detect a pattern emerging
About to O.D... on the precipice I'm verging
Too much damn happy
On the brink of sappy
Must reverse it, there's a danger of extroverting
Do you guys detect a pattern emerging
About to O.D... on the precipice I'm verging
Too much damn happy
On the brink of sappy
Must reverse this trend, with danger I'm flirting

Took Away Crown Trump Wore
Trump was President while wearing crown;
Not only that he was an incredible clown
Hard to reach;
Should impeach;
From precipice wish he would step down.

Don't move
a muscle or dare
shift your mind.
We are balanced
on the edge of a precipice
and to reach out
to one another
could cause us to tip
and send us all
plunging downwards
into tolerance.
BEEP BEEP
explosive action
sore coyote howls at moon
slips off precipice
the road runner splits his side
taunting infernal “beep beep”

The feeling that you are on the edge
of a precipice, and although things
have been going downhill for a while,
this tis either the final drop or not.
You’ve cast your vote for hope
yet can see darkness descending.
The quiet peace where webs of sleep enrapture,
in twilight thought - the precipice of dreaming.
It's there, the unmapped thresholds of conception
begin to splay within a sultry slumber
the embryos of covert premonitions...
suspension bridge closed
hanging from the precipice
point of no return
butterfly wings from your heart
fly over valley of tears

Send forth your waking sun to sway this slumber
I beg a breeze to bargain in my favor
My chains of memories shall break with morning
Please pull me from the precipice of peril
Or I might fall while Dawn is slowly rising
PRECIPICE
Precipice tempts to trek
Particularly me,
Partaking as trekker.
Peak of hill with sharp edge.
Peculiar structure.
Piercing firmament.
Pretty feeling to climb.
I fill the void
Consumed within
I glance at Sin
I fall
I hit the wind
I send my strength into the crevice
Of this precipice of hope
About to break
I realize it was my mistake
For the life I choose to live.
