Shield

The menopausal man
doesn’t know whether
it is love or
pressure of the
groin

he preaches
heteropromiscuity
searching for frolic
as another shield

Devils Soul

on fire
devout in terror
within the religious he hides
no rules does he abide
anger bubbles
he preaches
no love to expose
his vacation cabin
the island of Lesbos

Transition

The day says goodbye with peaches
Of colored clouds brighter than gray
Darkness will come, but will not stay
Watch beauty, God’s nature preaches

Some Borders Maybe But Not Fences

There must be a man with some senses! Who has no need for any kind of pretences! Who preaches peace, Wants all wars to cease. Some borders maybe, but not any fences!

Halt

We only care what the preacher preaches
As the congregation shouts in our direction
When we are hungry, angry, lonely, tired...
Because we see them out and about, around,
Realizing they are more at a standstill than us...

Pain Killer

Once there was a wise man called Dr.Dates"the truth",
preaches “love, a great cure for all pain”. great truth.
Tender affection from others surely,
removes unpleasant sensations nicely.
Bloody, this fellow preaches filthy philosophy as truth!

Temple of Knowledge

No doubt! It’s a place of knowledge.
This fact one has to acknowledge.
It teaches you how to learn,
And preaches you what to earn.

I Do Not Know

I do not know
Reason I‘m here in on earth
My mother tells me not
My father tells me not
My priest only preaches to me
My politician tells me his things
The world confuse me
Lord God why Am I here?
Tell me exactly the truth
That I do not lose track

Life and Death

everyone preaches about life and death
as death is bitter sweet
bitter as a loved one is taken out of your life
sweet as leaving a memory of that loved one behind
we live learning about death and worrying when that day will come,
but don't live life to live!

The Supplicant

A meandering brook winds past
Branches sway in a gentle breeze
Praising the lord God unsurpassed
Like a supplicant on their knees

In homage to azure skies
Heavenward the sapling reaches
Awaiting its God to baptise
While the black Cockatoo preaches

Meaningless Rhymes-3

Yes its true,
Stopped waiting for you,
Served aces easily once,
Now I get no love from you.

He contradicts then preaches,
Advices flying none teaches.

So you roll up your sleeves,
Let the green arteries speak,
Volumes about your struggles in the day,
And in the night you may weep.

Faith

Expects the best. Believes…Waits patiently…Trusts in God.
Acts as if it’s done…Is optimistic…Recounts past successes.
Speaks positive things. Does not get easily discouraged.
Stands on God’s promises. Preaches to others to believe.
Is an example… Pays off… WORKS.
Without works…… is DEAD!!!!!

Parrot the Catechist

Parrot the Catechist
preaches to the unconverted
talks in Latin to impress the ignorant
patiently listening to innocent souls
tells stories never has been heard
in tree-cathedral, wears spectacles
to look highly learned and respected
when priest comes in cassock
flies into hiding to save face

O- Minister

O' Minister-

Preaches and Teaches the word of God
From his heart to outward the Kingdom
With each and every breathe, everyday
Because the Lord Our God so ordains
Read the word(bible), live the word, speak the word, teach the word, Alleluia

Peace

Articulate for peace strong and true
For peace in our time is up to me and you
Don’t just sit back and think it through
Be strong in what you say and do

When someone preaches hate
For others then don’t contemplate
For it is right that should prevail
Smile for a future peace that won’t fail.

The Poet Without Teeth

Don't talk to me
you toothless poet
Who preaches me
what you all know at

When life smiles back
and tells you so
That I'm as bad
as all you show

And I am learning
from expense
Of what you've paid
in greater sense

When never having brushed your teeth
and having nerve to smile at me
When all I learn is in between
what teeth are left for flossing free

Through the Wire

He dares to be unique,
Standing out from the conventional crowd,
Breaking the fashioned pattern-
Of all typical rappers of today’s age;
He dares to reveal his beliefs
He taunts all that conform with his lyrics;
Knowing the imperfections of the world
But it is more that he-
Verbalizes them and the importance of improvement,
He preaches his words-
Through the wire.

Hypocrisy

The adulterous housewife
point fingers
at the prostitute down the street

How sluggish is the tortoise
said the snail
yet slow in her own little shell

The toad has no stool to offer
who preaches so?
The squatting jumping frog!

Devil on the pulpit
preaching repentance
with an unrepented heart

The log is in your eyes
let be my little sunshade glasses
you holy Pharisee

Man With No Name

He wears all he can and carries the rest
of his belongings in a back pack
as he walks up a steep hill.
A flurry of snow swirls around him
as cars pass without notice.
He stops for supper at a rescue mission
where someone who doesn’t know him preaches.
He sits by himself and eats without a word
before fading into the night.
He lies on the ground beneath a bridge
where a campfire burns.

Stay

Lets grape word out like a mark when he preaches.
Seed that generate plant in main brain.
 Rented thought act without thoughts.
Man make used of body when men exist.
 Proper word is a remark.
Preach until mood revolves.
 See word is a remote.
 Word turns man mute.
 Be gentle with that suit

Tongue clap gospel,
Not any music flirts.
Word stimulates instincts of a mortal being.
 Tongue speaks.

Legends

Some souls sail seas smooth,
Some like to grow as tree';
Some prefer to be free
As wind roams and soothes

Some stand tall at beaches
Like the Lighthouse, they guide;
Sailors have gone with the tide
Their light, still blinks and preaches

Countless, they are, in number',
But, one has to search them out;
'Found them within - in slumber,
Like seeds ... all ready to sprout

Outside the Sea

The wind blows in through the palms from the East Sea.
The turtle doves and humming birds scatter like buckshot
As the cows approach.

In the rafters above, a hundred mice and their charges,
too small to be seen, scurry away
From the waking bats.

Outside a man with a white stick preaches about injustice
And how the world is wrong. Me?
I’m just glad to be here, waiting for your perfume.
