Humble yourself now
Or be humiliated
Later in this life
With other people
In your career, with money,
sex and possessions.
Material possessions are as profitable to the soul as chains are to the body!

Reckon gaeity
Untied from barometers
Closed colligated
Material possessions
Deriving in soul emptiness

For the Love of money has always been the root of evil to those who dwell on wealth and earthly possessions instead of living righteously and spiritually
slowly you start to understand...
you can't take your toys with you
suddenly that's a game changer

You gave me a ring that I might wear upon a finger.
A commitment of the highest order, asking
that I pledge all my remaining years.
Seriously?

lifetime
a collection
memories, souvenirs
personal possessions become
items
coveted by bargain hunters
now fifty percent off
just fill the bag
clearance
All material possessions empty leave my heart oh Lord but Your holy word fills it up to its rim!

Put it down to a grey-haired obsession;
Participles are a vexed question.
Even though it sounds quaint,
Elegant it ain't,
Robbing gerunds of their possessions!
I will lie on a bed breathing shallowly, then suddenly depart.
In an instant all of my possessions will be yours.
Only then will you see what a slob I was.

Thoughts and possessions
Boxes in my mind
Empty recollections
Going back in time
Memories forever
as long as I exist
Who should I will them to?
Should I make a list?
You said your, heart and love, was mine.
I know now, that was just a line.
Since you stole my adorations,
Along with all my possessions,
From now on, you are known as swine.
Stepping away from earthly possessions
you might not be able to see the path
you might stumble and fall
but if you put your faith first
that path doesn't seem so dark any longer

Skip B-I if desired
this friendship
it holds me
until i hold your hand
if or when i spit up butterflies
from being trapped
in your warm embrace
soaked by heavy rains
weighed down by my most prized possessions
A wise man may be happy, even if his possessions amount to nothing,
While an unwise one, can't be happy even if he possesses many a thing!

Give them what they want,
This is a good maxim to live by in these times,
Because if you do they will leave you alone,
Do not hold on to possessions or notions of what is right,
Otherwise fight, fight, fight.
Form:
Some feel rich from worldly possessions
Some feel rich from loving expressions
The tenderness of touch
That we crave so much
That speak of love, these simple obsessions

Death prances close to my door.
While I sleep blissfully in sweet repose,
It may sneak into my room without warning.
How foolish I am to gloat over my possessions
As it comes to take me empty handed
Worldly possessions
So solid so fragile
Allow success please
In my life be measured
By what death
Can not take nor end
Levels and Levels
Of consciousness
For well you know
The timeless can only
Be fed with the timeless
The house on the hill
with its magical spell
has shed the years
possessions they mount
collecting memories
cause the Sun follows us
and the dahlias
with its daydream quality
makes us happy
with all the things we could do
Possessions and Jeff Sessions
Brain lost it possessions,
When they approved Jeff Sessions;
Then flipped my noodle.
Drew Up A Blank
Played with a full tank
And deck so who should I thank?
Mind drew up a blank.

About all your possessions, you blab
You’re trying to dream up a need ~~
Scooping up everything you can grab
I call that, unquestionably, GREED!

An old lady in my apartment building died yesterday
The Salvation Army truck was out front
Her worldly possessions stacked high
Strangers will soon find them a new home
as the cycle of life and death perpetuates
and mutates together as one
