Pumped Up

A robotic boyfriend she dated
Was ‘blow up’ and voice activated
She had a quick grope
And said up periscope
And that’s when his doo dah inflated...

Periscope
There is a submarine periscope
that's staring intently. Let us hope
that our frail little boat's
got aboard stuff that floats.
All I have is this Soap-on-a-Rope....

Kaleidoscope
when your life's like a kaleidoscope
a multi coloured mess
when everything's haphazard
and you're seeing less and less
a periscope can help you find
what's going on above
but a telescope is useless
when you're looking for true love...

Premium Member A Hole
I am looking
at the world
through a hole
what better way to see Alice

there are worm holes
black holes
donuts holes
and ass holes

I started life in a hole
And will end up in one
possibly looking back
through a periscope

they say
you can never
get enough
of the world through a hole...

Empty canvass.

Your periscope
Will never
reach my center.

Unless I attribute
Your Felix and
such ridiculousness.

Silly am I?
Well perhaps
It is my unrepairable
Libido now.

And the elderly
Weep while I partake
In sinfulness.

But of course,
we are of the
Thirdkind.

And indeed
A swing-set
Cannot fix this....

Premium Member Thought of the Day
If we pray for departed souls
Forms we encountered in this life
By doing so do we not negate
Life forms we touched earlier on
For our embrace, they still wait

Let us then look beyond lifespan
For we are soul eternal
Living light, one with all existence
Developing then periscope vision
Bridge distance, dissolve resistance...

a rattler flicking its
split tongue...gathering
chemical messengers~ Prairie Dog
without a prayer

vulture, periscope downward
navigates a granulate sea,
follows the wavering flow of tracks~
just over a grilling crest his meal
falls, pauses and pauses and pauses

he waits a bit longer on the sun, dinner
sun-baked and organic

1970
It was the year of `Spirit in the Sky.’
I kept your picture, Irene.
Norman Greenbaum
has his own webpage now,
imagine that?

Your grainy wedding photograph
(cut at the time from a local newspaper),
has emerged again
as a yellow submarine.
Your rainbow stockings still fly
from that long-abandoned vessel,

now all we need is to peer together
from the same periscope.

Premium Member Where is God hiding
Consciousness review,
reveals the cause
of inner conflict,
between head and heart,
both standing apart,
so close, yet so far.
Ego dwells in head
and God in our heart.
Periscope vision,
illumines our mind,
with a divine beat,
suffused with bliss mists,
being God’s grace,
showered upon us,
which we can imbibe,
if we’re receptive,
granting right of way,
to throb of love.
Thus, if we be still,
voids within will fill....

Inside the racy, forest-green, alpha romeo moisture beads the glass like the facets of the jewel she dreams on her ring finger. The lush leather blackness glazes skin golden in the lamplight cradling the lingering lovers tousled tendrils, twine. Deep, dark, eyes search for meaning in an ocean of salt and seed. Periscope breaches silken surfaces revealing an odd cant to the moon at the submarine races.

I Saw a Picture of Irene
It was the year of `Spirit in the Sky.’
I kept your picture Irene.

We all thought we would die young.
Your grainy wedding photograph
(cut at the time from a local newspaper),
has emerged again like a yellow submarine.

I imagine your rainbow stockings still flying
from the periscope of that long abandoned vessel.
The sky-spirit is arriving Irene,
seagulls are singing like larks.

I suspect that both our eyes
are turning to diamonds Irene,
shining diamonds....

Lost Into a Deep Black Hole
I was trapped
and bemused
feeling sad
and confused
a subatomic particle
lost into a deep black hole
and suddenly
you stuck in your magic telescope
and I opened up
like a flower
I shot out like a periscope
a mystical kaleidoscope
like a solar flare
without a care
my heart exploded into a supernova
and then,
I woke up in your constellation
a phantasmagorical revelation
so ecstatic
and divine
orgasmic
and sublime
I'm staying here forever,
until the end of time....

Behold
For as long as you live,
you are tortured.
And torment comes in the eye
of the beholder
I envision a master
in the night and on the dawn
Escaping tyranny of
Unbelievable sacrifice
Surrounded by a periscope
That leads him to believe
He’s trapped.
Calling out for help but in a whisper
In the mystical land of
Crime and punishment
He grabs for a purified ligule
But his grasp is unbidden and he slips
To fall on hard pavement
And a reservoir from the grey clouds begin
To fall
Within quad rival...
