Born To Be Goofie
No end to his goofies, someone just said
Born to be goofie, damn well part of his heritage
Can't condemn me
Still just a trainee
Eventually, I'll reform, in the meantime, I'll blame my parentage...

Chimps
Chimps make me smile coz they resemble Uncle George
It's probably only a coincidence but I've long suspected his heritage
So I wouldn't bet the farm on it
But he does enjoy roaming the forests
Climbing trees in search of any confirmation of his parentage...

HE SO FINES A BEAUTIFUL DAY-
He so fines, Beautiful so souls the days are fine;
Heavenly Father as wonderfully kind;
And His parentage is mild, ever breath is mind;
Adjourning love supply, He’s ever present always abides
Lovingly, assuredly He so inside, inside He is within me He’s finds

Sonnet Iii: the Greater Good
SONNET III
The Greater Good
Arise and shine
Oh ye children of
The youngest of parentage
Reject that name.
You are Not a Mistake.
The devil is no source
Of life and livelihood
God in His nature,
Makes no mistake
He is a perfect God
Of perfect works.
He gives and takes life
All to His plan and purpose,
…The Greater Good.

Has Anyone Seen My Nun
Has anyone seen my Nun?
Because she was the one..
Who Split me up from my Mum
But Hey, Nuns are just there
To look after us and for them to scare
Mums with tums and little bairns
Who had fallen out their chairs...
So has anyone yet seen my Nun..
But better Still
Has anyone seen my Mum?
DAMO x

An Apple Is Always An Apple
The apple does not fall far from the tree
But because of its shape, it can roll away
A rotting sour apple will deposit its seed,
Producing its own kind, indeed, someday.
A tree from its parentage bearing in kind,
Just like the apple from which it sprung
[Unlike orange or grapefruit having a rind]
With peeling, stem, and seeds in a core,
It cannot change its genus or its species
Like all other apples it came from before.
