I am not a part of this group
But I can not complain,
And have no rights to scream
MISFIT;
Only “fire” in a crowded theater
blue jay’s blundering
Keeps the birds stirred up today
Blue jay rejection
Heart feels his loneliness
A social outcast myself
Sipped one Pabst
Sobriety lapsed
Resolve collapsed
Resurrected
His checkered past
His fiancé aghast
Once more, outcast
single gull struts sand
outcast from the feathered flock --
lonely fate endured
* For Rick's Nature Haiku contest
Behind those fake eyes
my mannequin life
egg hatched, I stayed in the shell
outcast, dumb folded

An outcast this night,
I mournfully sigh with gloom:
but, I make war, fight!
to defeat my rising doom,
and defend my haunted tomb.
Sad nature
In a blue aura
Leaning down
Over self
The mood behavior, outcast
In sadness repose

Ribbon oft relayed
Striking in its form outcast
Deliberate scheme
Overtaken by horror
She shies an ominous sight

I've been
The smart,
The outcast,
The prep,
The artist,
The rebel,
The popular,
The loser,
The friend,
The poser,
The fat,
The loner,
The Labeled.
Trudging down the same path
Present equals past
Red clay
My problems outlast
The runes have been cast
Astray
A delayed forecast
Emotion outcast
I failed
I am an Outcast.
I am exiled by love.
I'm in quest for a new home.
Let me in, Into your arms.
Let me lodge into your heart.
I am an Outcast.
I am exiled by love.
Step for Step
Beat for Beat
as life tries to take
you off your feet
Stand strong and say
I'm the king of my own dark
Reality and the outcast of
Todays society
O Sun, my lodestar, I shall not profane Thee
You guide my way, to greet the outcast amiably
Yea, though mine is an era bereft of civility
You beam down upon me, mercifully
A book of scars
tells the tale of a lively past;
A book of scars
falling off of my handlebars
opens leaving me an outcast;
Still, I am who I am if asked;
A book of scars.
A vague shadow,
Of my former self,
I shroud my face from all beating souls,
Outcast,
Turned away from society for outrageous ideals,
Censorship,
Now I lack heartbeat,
And soul.
Remorseless faces piercing
rain-slick windows for the man
given graces beyond what could.
Artist embraces passion and
fear embraces stones and the
town races to ravage his home.
I was the outcast in the corner
separated from my peers
purely by their fears
always compared to another
I never measured up
smart, funny, popular they were
I was none of the above
Forty days I lie awake,
Forty days at sea.
I was an outcast,
And that's why God loved me.
Forty days I sat there,
Lonely as can be
For I was an outcast
And that's why God saved me.
Ah Peace,
You disheveled outcast
Hiding in the heart
Of wingless doves
Shivering in cage-less
Confinement
Clinging to a charred
Sunrise
Smoldering
In the madness
Of god-less
Gods
merry group of friends
smart ones sticking together
i gaze with longing
lonely days and nights in tears
it hurts being an outcast
@ Nadiya (2 April '15)
outcast
faith deficient
falls out of heaven
crashes with thunderous thud;
grounded
broken wings
mocked by Icarus
a just fate
The universe is vast
Are you going to fit in or be an outcast
I’ve learned from my past
If you try to get it too fast
It doesn’t usually last
Your failure and your friends success is not in contrast
Well made but out of place
You sit there quietly
Never fulfilling your function
Though I see the window
Of purpose rests upon you
I question myself and reach
For you're a replacement
Who is the mug now?
There on society’s
stage of
social standards
stiffly stands
a man timid
and tense.
With his mind lying
in a world
that had never
made sense .
Bounding him under
the brittle
bones of a
broken system.
Feeling shut down
Never existed
Look around
See your love ones gone
Don’t care anymore
Life must go on If you’re ready or not
Taking people you care about and love
Just to think One day you will be gone to
