Delicate orchid,
Dancing in the pale half light,
Graceful but alone.
**For the Flowers, Trees and Shrubs, I luv Contest**
Lights swirl,
Bodies twirl,
Against an orchid sky,
Each open eye,
Sees the beauty in life,
Thrown away all strife,
To spend this time,
Hedgerow full of life
Simmers under summer sun
Wild orchid thrives as
Unbridled honeysuckle
Provides sustenance for bees
nasty rooster orchid chased me down in the feedlot

I feel humbled to be entrusted to your care
reflecting dew drop

this new found flower was a combination of delight and joy
delicate, veined and fuchsia like an orchid
with teeny tiny white faerie daisies in the center
